I’d give zero stars if I could. I wanted to go to Schonnbrunn palace and thought I was buying a regular ticket, but they charged 53 euros to buy a 38 euro ticket for me. If I knew that, I obviously wouldn’t have paid the 53 euros. I emailed them after demanding for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that because they clearly state their terms and conditions upon purchase (which is a lie). It was a stupid tourist moment for me, so who ever is reading this, please don’t make the same mistake I made. The more people make this mistake, the longer this truly criminal organization can find loopholes to continue to legally operate. Also, my bank can’t do anything about it, because of the loopholes that exclude it from being a classic scam. I hope this review gets us one step closer to ending “Weintickets” forever!

Overcharged and arrived AFTER the tour entry time. The museums said they can not help with these tickets as they are not at all affiliated with this company.

Prix de 4 billets pour le musée de Sissi 80 euros sur le site officiel facturé 135.60 eur soit 55.60 eur de plus. Quelle belle arnaque. Site à EVITER à tout prix.

The price for 4 tickets to the Sisi Museum is €80 on the official website, but I was charged €135.60, which is €55.60 more. This website is not transparent about its pricing. I do not recommend it
