After ordering the special needs bike trailer for my son I received an email to contact the company because they wanted to make sure we were getting the correct trailer for my son. It was so nice for a company to do that and it meant so much that they cared.

Trailer is comfortable for my 7 year old, maneuvers well, not to wide, light weight and feels heavy duty, can take a good beating. The only downside was the packaging it was delivered loose in a box, parts were sticking out by the time it was delivered, i would suggest either a double layered box or some foam packing sheets.

Loving our new Wike trailer!
Our new Wike trailer is fantastic for our daughter! She doesn't even need extra padding or support as she has needed in past trailers. It pulls beautifully and you barely notice it's there other than on hills! It folds smaller than any trailer we've had in the past and the carrying bag was worth every penny. Thank you for making family bike rides enjoyable again!

Website Ui was straight forward
Website Ui was straight forward. Only thing I think would help is an estimated shipping date at time of order confirmation. Thanks!

My item was delivered to the wrong address
My item was delivered to the wrong address and took way longer than the expected delivery date, to that I put of the zip code incorrectly. Be more mindful of inputting address. Didn't receive the item yet. When I do I'll update

Hello Tee! Thank you so much for your feedback. This is the first we have heard of a delivery issue with your order, and we sincerely apologize for this mistake! It can be so frustrating having a delay on top of a human entry error in the zip code, we totally hear where you're coming from. We will certainly be paying extra attention going forward. I am glad to hear that you did eventually receive your order.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you have additional questions, concerns, or feedback about your order. We are always happy to help wherever we can, and we thank you for letting us know about the issue you had with your order.

We ordered the wike trailer for my daughter with special needs
We ordered the wike trailer for my daughter with special needs. After placing the order, we received an email asking us to call customer service. They just wanted to make sure it was a good fit. A few days later our order arrived. The product is thoughtful without being fussy. We had no problem assembling it and taking it for a ride. My daughter loves it and we hope she can have many years of enjoyment from it.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Great price. Just remorseful that we should of bought the premium trailer instead of the junior as it was much more sturdy in design. We had a premium double that was stolen from our yard.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, though a confirmation email of my order would have been nice. I only learned that my order was processed when I started to get notifications from UPS about the package.

Fast service
I ordered a product online directly from the company website. The information on the website was helpful and I had already read outside reviews on the product. It was helpful to see the video about the company and how it was created - it gave it a "human feel" rather than some unseen corporate company. The fulfillment of the order was VERY fast and I'm excite to receive my product today in the mail!
