Simple, Instructive & Fast
A very easy and instructive software/website. Pictures are brilliant & really help to get a true feel for the product, customer pictures are a real bonus as it gives me peace of mind knowing others have trusted Wickey aswel & the set up at different people's homes to compare for my decision. The added discount if you subscribe is a real sweet treat and the free delivery (these just give that little extra sparkle) the payment system was super quick & easy & the prompt email service was brilliant, can't wait for it to arrive & set up. Will hopefully reveiw again regarding set up via digital download.

Brilliant experience ordering our garden climbing frame with Wickey. Fantastic prices, great offer available at the time of purchase to knock off the price down further. Free delivery for our climbing frame and 10 year guarantee on the wood (due to purchasing ground anchors with our frame). Excellent range of methods and options of payment available at checkout, including PayPal. All round wonderful experience.

A quality climbing frame was towards the top of our list and we found the range of options on the Wickey website really helpful, the selection was easy and the price comparable. Quick and easy order - clarity required on swing colour.
Ordering was easy and quick. The only criticism I have is that it was not very clear what colour swings I will be getting with the climbing frame. There was an option to pay extra to choose, but it was not clear what the default option was and I have gambled that it was the same as what was shown in the picture. I was able to choose the slide colour so hopefully they will match the swings too. Overall, good website and buying experience.
