First of all after i placed the order i didn't get any estimate when the playground would be delivered, even though on the website it was mentioned between 27.02 and 06.03. Then while trying to contact the costumer support to cancel my order (which is a disaster btw, you have to fill in a form and email it to them and wait for a reply), i was told my order would be cancelled and fully refunded. Now i see i got refunded with 5% less then what i paid for.

Promised delivery between 5-12 December, which would have been perfect for our kids Christmas gift and Christmas holiday.

We are 5 January and not yet delivered. After complaining, the company let us know they “regret it”. No appologies, no discount, nothing to try to enhance the horrible experience.

Fun and nice playhouse, the kids love it. Good quality wood. Assembly instructions are pretty basic and assembly itself takes some time. Good customer support however, the slide was broken and we received a new one in a couple days.

Small and cute wooden playtower with slide. Lovely for the kids, but a lot of work to put together yourselves and the step by step guide could be improved with clearer images and steps. The extra bell we bought doesn’t really work but looks great. Overall happy with the purchase!

Its a good product that our daughter like much, there was some issues with the construction manual and there wasn't enough bolts and the someof the wood was damaged

Also if something is missing they immediately help you and send the missing piece withing one day.

Nice to build together, the kids have endless pleasure! They play pirat, school or just sliding, they don’t want to come in anymore.

The slide was broken upon delivery. Wickey send as soon as possible a new one, but the deliverycompanies where a dissaster. It took us almost 2 months to get this slide because it went from company to company. Wickey was always available for a reaction, but even they didn't know what was happening.

Except from that we are very happy with the purchase and our daughter loves it!
