After receiving some damaged parts, Wicked Brick's customer service helped resolve the issue and had great communication throughout the ordeal. I would highly recommend Wicked Brick as I confidently know that is any problems arise their customer service is quick to help.

Really amazing service, I had a query which was responded to promptly and compassionately. The product is excellent quality and better than we hoped for. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really impressive service! I ordered a display cube from Wicked Bricks back in February 2025. Life got in the way and we only assembled it between Christmas and New Year and we discovered a couple of missing parts.

These things happen and I thought I would be unlikely to get the parts I needed. HOWEVER.. Wicked Nrivjs have gone above and beyond and are sending the parts!

Unfortunately I would not recommend this product.
One side piece was cracked. I have emailed wicked brick about this.
The instructions are not easy to read. I am generally unhappy especially for the amount unpaid for this.
This was a christmas present for my husband I feel really let down.

The cases look superb as we have come to expect from Wicked Brick. Assembly was a little tricky, but this was due to the size of the case, and nothing that couldn't be overcome.

There was a small issue with the order. I notified Wicked Brick and they responded quickly. A replacement part was sent out without issue and received very quickly.

My only comment would be that a more realistic delivery time should appear on their website. Whilst they endeavour to delivery within 1-2 weeks it is rarely the case. 6-8 weeks is generally closer to the truth.

Overall I would certainly recommend Wicked Birck.

Wicked brick has a great product line and with that a great staff as well I’ve never had a problem with either. When a problem did arise it was from the shipping company and wicked brick staff has always resolved said issues in a timely fashion with a small business heart professional manner

Absolutely dreadful company. Waited weeks for it to arrive. Box smashed. Refused delivery. Sent a second time, box looked ok. Contents smashed. They refused to refund in direct breach of the Consumer rights act. Avoid like the plague. Looks like I’m headed to the small claims court.

The website is clear and if you have questions you can always send a mail, they are super helpful.

The websites information said it will take 6 weeks to make and ship.
In a little over 2 weeks i had it at my home!
Perfect because now i'm in vacation and i can build my set without it getting dusty :)

The packaging was great quality and the item was shipped perfectly to Belgium.

From start to finish it was a quick and easy process. My order turned up within its time limit and it was easy to set up and get built and it looks good as well. I have ordered two more stands from them and it's just been as good as service as before👍 Would always recommend them.

They took over 12 weeks to ship my case. I understand there are delays but they never reached out to me to let me know instead I was told there was a delay over and over again. When I finally got my case they apologized and said they hoped I would give them a second chance and offered me a 10% off coupon. So more than double the wait time you quote, never reach out to your customers and offer the same 10% you send out in your weekly e-mails. Avoid this company there are better options for your Lego display cases!

Very quick to get back in touch with a resolution. No quibbling just got on with fixing the issue
