I purchased the software and was never able to even login. A lot of back and forth. They offered a 30 day refund. I asked for my money back and was ghosted!
I purchased an AI tool from Wickeapp, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Not only did I receive login credentials that belonged to an unknown customer, but only half of the advertised product features were provided.
The very same day I received these shared credentials, I requested a refund for the $49. Now, after two months of endless emails and threats, I still haven't received my money—just a series of lies and empty promises. To make matters worse, the software itself is of extremely poor quality; after just 10 minutes of use, it was clear that none of the benefits touted in the ads would ever materialize.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Wickeapp to stay far away from this scam. Their deceitful business practices are something I wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy. Avoid this online reseller at all costs!
I need help getting my money back from a dishonest company. I purchased a "done for you" package, but they never sent me the login details. After sending multiple emails with no response, I requested a refund. It took them two weeks to deny my request, citing that it was past their 14-day cancellation policy.
Despite my continued efforts to contact them, they never replied. I then reached out to my bank, which initially asked for more information. After providing the details, the bank denied my request and instructed me to contact the company again. I explained to the bank that the company was not responding to my emails, but the bank was reluctant to help until I firmly demanded an explanation.
After a long fight with my bank and the company unable to issue an explanation for why they thought I shouldn't get my refund, they had no more reasons not to issue a refund. So the advice is: don't give up, fight for your money, and you will get it back. If you don't, WickedApps will get away with no punishment. The more people fight and don't give up, the only way this company will be shut down.
The software I bought had a shared account with 2 other people. At no point did it specify it would be a shared account. After half a dozen emails back and forth they never actually answered my questions, just ignored them and answered with something totally different. I would highly recommend buying from the original seller and not Wickedapps who are a reseller.
This Company (WickedApps) is a scam. I paid 67 USD for CoursemateAi and they took that payment and a further 114 USD from my account without consent. They don't answer my emails. Please avoid this scam website
I purchased an Ai Tool from this "company" and later found out they recycle digital retail products. The credentials to log into the software was someone else's and only half the product features were delivered. It's like buying a cake and the baker gives you half a cake in the box. Additionally, I have 3 Amazon test charges and 1 Paypal coming in to the credit card I used for this transaction and I did not order anything from Amazon. AVOID THIS ONLINE RESELLER!!!
Paid for the Kids App but didn't receive anything. Lodged a disput with my bank for refund. Hopefully , I get it back. If its gone for good, I'll come back here to update this review about this site.
I purchased a package from Wicked Apps. Nothing arrived. After a week or so I tried to contact them but got no reply. So I emailed them again. After 3 or 4 days I received a reply saying they had checked and I had subscribed.
In the same email I was asked to enter my name or email address but when I tried to do this it came up with someone else's email address which I couldn't change.
I emailed Wicked Apps again asking for my money back.
No reply after 4 or 5 days
I spend $114 for a coursemate ai with Wickedapps, and got a login details of another person credentials and email for login, including a course being already created.
When I emailed the support of the product they said that wickedapps is not authorised to sell it and they scammed me. I will not purchase anything else anymore from them. Avoid !
I bought ToonReel from Wickedapps. They sent the usual overblown ad saying that this app can do it all in seconds, and unfortunately, I bought it. It doesn't "do it all." The AI writing is very poor and there is a LOT of tweaking that has to happen to have a usable product. I asked for my money back within an hour of purchase. The response was no. I don't know of anyone who doesn't stand behind their product. I don't know who would hold on so tightly to $35 to lose a customer. Either you have a product that's worth that or not. They do not.
