Purchased 6 boxes from this company; watched the boxes decrease in value each time. Last box I never received. Ordered 7/31. Have contacted them multiple times a month. Too late to dispute through my bank and company has given me runaround for past 5 weeks on cancelation and refund. Not too late to warn others, though. Do not purchase!

After waiting a month for my box to ship, they never sent, I reached out for an update. After getting told the same generated email for a month that’s it’s only the way, I attempted to cancel my order. I have now been waiting ANOTHER month for my “refund” which I’ll never get. This is a total f****in scam.

Been waiting 6 months for a box. Keep getting told it will ship out sometime in the next 2 weeks. I wait an extra week before I email them asking for an update. The replies never change. Don't waste your money.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Everything in the box was trashed and dirty. It looks like they took stuff from a dumpster and wrapped it in plastic. I couldn’t keep anything. I’m so mad I wasted my money.

When you agree to terms it states they do not need to post the review Purchased an "Unclaimed Mail Mystery Box July Edition" box on 7/29/2021. Made a second purchase two weeks (8/14/2021) later once the first was marked as shipped. When the second box came I reached out (8/15) regarding the first one since it had not arrived and the tracking still showed that it was invalid. They (Lin) informed me(8/16) that orders are automatically assigned a tracking number whether they've been sent or not and it would be shipped ASAP. Followed up again on 9/2, received an email 9/3 stating it had not shipped yet and would be again ASAP. Emailed them on 9/26 as it still had not been shipped, 9/27 received the same email stating it would be shipped ASAP and expedited. Emailed them on 9/28 requesting them to cancel it as its been almost two months and I had been told multiple times that it would be expedited. I was emailed a form on 9/28 to be filled out requesting it be cancelled. Confirmed with agent Dalia that it would be refunded to the card purchased on. Received an email on 9/29 confirming that the order was cancelled and would be refunded. On 9/29 i received an email stating the refund was processed and given a transaction number. On 10/10 I sent a follow up email regarding the refund not being received in my account yet, received no response. on 10/13 I sent another followup email, received a response from Jessica on 10/14 with the same information as before. Over two weeks later from the second refund confirmation it still had not been processed. Sent an email today on 11/4 stating that I had given the allotted 3-5 business days and it still was not processed. I contacted the bank with the transaction number that they gave me multiple times and they confirmed it did not exist. I also gave them all the the information I had from the original transaction and the supposed return, they researched it and still found that this transaction did not exist and were only able to find the first two charges. At this point I researched them on the Better Business Bureau, which I wish I'd done sooner, and found that they have almost 500 complaints (believe me I feel like an idiot for not doing this first), many mentioning false transaction numbers being sent. The company refuses to send proof that they attempted to refund it, bank confirmed it was not done and does not exist. Do not fall for the videos from "influencers" opening up wonderful amazing boxes. the one that i DID receive had all returns from Ali express, the return address also matches the warehouse that they ship to from china that then gets forwarded. Company is a scam.

If anyone hears of a class action lawsuit against them please let me know. looking at the almost 500 complaints on BBB and all of the posts on here etc I'm sure it'll happen soon

Had 3 successful orders, the 4th one was crap. Order placed 9/23, received a tracking link 9/24. Link shows package never was sent to USPS. 10/12 completed cancellation form. Called 10/21,10/29 and 11/4. Each call was a reason they couldn’t process. Jessica hung up on me 10/29 when I asked her to repeat that my cancellation would be processed ‘ when someone came in to handle it’. An email 10/29-Ken- said nobody could help me. It is November 8. No product, never shipped, no cancellation and no 72.00.

I placed an order for 3 boxes. I got the first 2 in about 3 weeks. I placed the order on August 7. I’ve emailed 3 times and still nothing. I asked for a refund and no response. I guess I’m just out 80$

Pure Scam ordered on October 22 today 11/6 still haven't received it, i sent several emails never got respond, i have no choice just to open a charge back. SCAM SCAM SCAM NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to pick something. I ordered an unclaimed mail box and the bonus jewelry/accessories box 9/22; this is right after they advertise only a few days for delivery. Long story short, after contacting customer service mid Oct. and being told my package would be sent out right away it was a priority...I just received it yesterday, 11/5.

Once I opened it I knew I was scammed...it was a Target returns box. I worked for Target so I'm very familiar with their merchandise and return stickers; there was not one piece of jewelry in the box, some of the items literally look like they grabbed them out of their desk or garbage.

I think it's safe to assume this small business (same 2 people seem to answer the phone but will block you after complaining) makes sure to pack good items for the celebrities and influencers while ripping the rest of us off. I'm a single mom who was hoping to get some cool Christmas presents; well $116 later I have a shirt that I don't care for but can wear to work and a bar of Dove men's soap I will give to my son.

Don't waste your time or money!!

I ordered a box from this so called Company on July 16, 2021 received an email with a Fedex shipping number on Aug 2, 2021. Clicked the Fedex shipping number and there was no package. Contacted the company and got fed BS. Requested a refund, received a text Oct. 12, 2021 that my order was cancelled and I'd been refunded my purchase price. As of today, Nov. 4, 2021 I have not received my refund. I called this week and someone answered the phone, said she was checking with the billing dept and put me on hold.. 2 min later the call was dropped and I received NO return call. I also contacted the BBB in California and they received no response from this company so they had to close my case. In addition, I contacted the Attorney General for California and am waiting for a response.

I suggest we ALL write letters to the legislators for Bakersville, CA.

My advice, do NOT buy from this company.

Order showed up over a month late. Absolutely nothing of value in boxes. I ordered 2 boxes unclaimed mail. In the photos on the website they show actual mail. But in reality. They either go through the mail and repackage all the garbage and send it out or just buy cheap garbage and send it out.

Ordered my box in June started emailing in august requested refund end of august now in the beginning of November calling everyday and they say they refunds being processed this company is a scam…

Horrible!!! I have probably 20 emails with this company trying to get my orders for the past 6 months. I have been told every time it was going to be shipped soon or next week. And nothing. A shipment label was created in august saying shipped and then when I go into the tracking it just says a label was created. This is complete crap and still nothing and still lies when they respond with no shipment. Fyi. Response has been from a Jacob every time.

Literally this place needs to be shut down immediately. Absolute trash. Not only have I been emailing them weekly for months about a refund and I get a link to fill out a form WHICH I DID 3 TIMES - I got a sex toy in the unclaimed mail package. I spent $480 on 6 box’s. 2 of them arrived. The unclaimed mail and the clothing one. The others are gone. And I want a refund immediately. This place is a scam and should be investigated and shut down. Customer service is horrible. The way these “influencers” promote the service is also disgusting. Scamming fans as well.

Ordered September unclaimed mail in the mid of September, got the package on October 29. Shipping terms are ridiculous. Paid $76 dollars for the box with 10 items. Got almost all super cheap items that are basically useless (face covid masks, stickers for kids, cup from target without cover, plastic bag for papers from Walmart, headband). Most valuable are glasses (around $20), cable ($10) and a locker for $7.
So most items are from Target and Walmart. Plus things bought at stores like Black Friday Deals. Don't waste your time and money with WiBargain!

Ordered a box in July waited 2 months for it come didn't even get shipped. Now I'm struggling with getting my refund and it's almost November.

This company is a full on scam. My experience with them is just like everyone else's. Took long time to receive. Box items were trash and used. Not at all what's advertised.

Horrible! Please don't waste your money!! They hide their negative reviews on the website, don't believe the five star ratings!

I ordered a children's box. The description on the website states: "Quality selection of Kids clothing items from Amazon, Target, Walmart and other select brands. Most will have new tags and are in ready to sell condition. Although this category are returns, these boxes will have about 80% shelf pull condition (new with tags) and 20% returns.
You will receive 10 pieces of premium clothing pieces for $35"

My "10 premium items" were:
1. A pair of clearly used, dirty leggings with a hole in the knee. The other knee is so worn out, the color is faded. These leggings were clearly well worn.
2. A used green shirt for an adult with a very stained collar, (possibly makeup or hair dye of some sort?)
3. A spiderman shirt with a large stain on the front, looks like maybe someone tried to wash the stain out?
4. Pair of (Cat & Jack shorts $5.00 original price)
5. Plain white t-shirt
6. Dress (Cat & Jack-unknown original price)
7. Loose Underwear
8. Loose Underwear
9. Loose Underwear
10. Loose Underwear/One pair of socks

I can't believe my box contained dirty, clearly used, well worn items. 40% of my box was loose, out of the package underwear that I'm not sure is even new!

After a runaround with customer service for about a week, they finally told me that I could dispute the order. So, they had me fill out a form and take pictures of the damaged items. After all that, they said:

"I will issue you a $5 store credit coupon code on your next purchase with us that can be used on any item and does not expire"

Furthermore, I also ordered an unclaimed mail package over two weeks ago that is marked as "fulfilled" on their website, and they provided me with a tracking number. But, the order has not started tracking still, after two weeks. Customer service keeps giving me the runaround saying, "We are working to ship orders as soon as possible."

Don't waste your money. I paid almost $200.00 for items that are damaged, dirty, used, and lost in transit with no hope of a refund on any of it.

If it was possible I would give ZERO stars. The worst experience ever. Do not order from them. I placed an order for 3 boxes on August 3rd 2021 and they only sent me fake tracking numbers. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Horrible customer service. They just ignore you. I filed couple forms for a refund and still nothing. It has been 12 weeks since I placed my order and I've been trying to cancel the order and get a refund for about 6-7 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
