Misinformation" and "fraudulence

IF the delivery is supposed to be within 7-10 days WORKING DAYS , you should have mentioned that, NOT after placing the order and making the payment.

Even though its been more than aforementioned days ,we have crossed 2 weeks of working days and you still cant provide any update , not a tracking number nor any corresponding documents.

Today marks the 20th day after payment confirmation CHIARA.
DO YOU STIL HAVE ANY UPDATE ?

Regarding your order, we would like to clarify that it is currently undergoing random customs checks during transit from our warehouse to our logistics hub in Switzerland. Unfortunately, customs procedures are beyond our direct control and may occasionally cause unforeseen delays.

Please rest assured that our team is in constant contact with the customs authorities to expedite the process as much as possible. As soon as the goods are cleared, they will be immediately dispatched to your address, and we will provide you with the related tracking number.

We would also like to point out that the estimated lead time you accepted was 7–10 working days. As of today, 14 working days have passed, meaning the delay is currently 4 working days, not 20 as indicated.

Slow Dispatch Despite Stock – Had to Order Elsewhere

I placed an order two weeks ago for parts that were listed as in stock, but they’ve only just been dispatched. It’s disappointing, as one of the main reasons for choosing a supplier with stock on hand is to receive a quick turnaround.

In the meantime, I had to reorder the same parts from RS Components. They arrived the next day—slightly more expensive, but the service more than made up for it. Unfortunately, by the time this order arrives, it’ll just be going into our own stock.

Item ordered on 1st July delayed for 3 weeks

ordered an item on 1st July. The said item was in stock at the time of order. Expected the item t be shipped out within 1-2 days (my mistake). Later on read that "in stock" items will be delivered within 7-10 working days. It was 3 weeks and still the material was not shipped (reason given was delay in receipt of material from warehouse)

Update: The customer service team took note and urgent action. Material shipped out on Jul 22nd.

During an urgent maintenance job for an international client, we needed a reliable and fast supplier. After a quick search, we turned to WiAutomation and I must say they exceeded expectations: they managed to deliver the materials ahead of schedule, helping us resolve a very critical situation. Bad experience

Bad experience. The first time I ordered on the site for a major client, it said "available." However, after placing the order, I immediately received an automatic email stating "delivery in 5-7 days." I waited much longer, and after several reminders, they told me the item had arrived at their logistics center "destroyed," so I would have to wait another 7 days for delivery.
When I asked for proof and photos of the "destroyed" material, I was told they no longer had it and it had been disposed of. I find this behavior to be unscrupulous and unreliable.
Today, after 11 days, I find myself without an order and with a disappointed customer.
Never again.

Today, on the seventh working day as initially estimated, the item unfortunately arrived damaged. While such incidents are rare, they can unfortunately happen during transit. In this case, an entire pallet was damaged, and therefore we were unable to provide detailed photos. We have already opened a formal complaint with the courier to investigate the incident.

We fully understand that this situation is not your fault, but ours, and we take full responsibility. As a first step, we have worked to identify alternative and rapid solutions for you, and we are pleased to inform you that we have found a replacement available within 3–5 working days (not 7 working days).

Please rest assured that we did everything possible to monitor your order and keep you informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, the damage occurred in transit and was not detectable in advance.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we remain at your full disposal should you wish to proceed with the new solution or have any questions.

Very bad experience. Never again!

Item was advertised as NEW and ready to ship on website. Turned out to be unavailable and offered a refurbished one with a dicount. I accepted. It took about a full week before they shipped it. I received the item more than 1 month later. I tried to get a refund for the shippng fees but was denied. I'll never order from them again.

We immediately filed a refund request with DHL on your behalf, which was regrettably denied, as they did not take responsibility for the delay. That said, we fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Avoid if possible

The website misleads you into believing that it's an Australian supplier but you will be charged importation fees by customs AFTER items are shipped. This is not clear when you checkout and pay, it's only alluded to in the shipping t&c. We feel we've been mislead and scammed by a suppier proporting to be an Australian supplier who is misleadingly advertising full cost pricing on it's website, and not clearly indicating that items will be imported and subject to addtional charges, which for us was an addtional 16%.

Also took 13days to ship the item that was 'in stock'.

SERIOULY CONSIDER OTHER SUPPLIERS

I WOULD SERIOULY CONSIDER GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PARTS YOU NEED

Use Caution:
I ordered parts from WiAutomation over several weeks I received several promises that the order would be shipped and that they had the parts. They did not have the parts so I tried to cancel the order. There response was that I could not cancel the order because of this in their statement:
"Delivery periods for the ordered products are purely indicative, as they may be subject to variations due to force majeure or to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or may be subject to the act of the Authority, as well as to delays attributable to the carrier and/or the company supplying the products. No responsibility can therefore be attributed to the Seller in case of delay in the processing of the order or in the delivery of the goods."
They are willing to fight with me over an order that could only mean around $100.00. That is desperate!
It has been weeks and no resolution, no parts and no progress.

CHEATED

Material shows instock in the website, when order confirmed and made Payment, 3 Days later their email is comming that the material is faulty we will not be able to supply you , while you can keep the advance Payment
Done to us as credit with us - so on and so forth.

Rather then making immidiate refund , they are asking me to keep Payment with them for no Material .
