My experience with this company has been a nightmare. One star is too much for this company. They donot communicate about delivery. We ordered furniture in March 2023 and according to the contract delivery should be in CW32 2023. However we got an email last week in September to pay 3600 euros more for getting furniture worth 4000 euros. This is really extortion and criminal conduct. So far we donot know when the furniture will come. We asked them to cancel even in May 2023 when they wrote an email mentioning insolvency. This company is horrible , misleading and unethical.
I ordered two products (sideboard and mirror) from the company in April 2023. I have paid 50% (EU1393.47 on 11th April 2023). In May, I received notice of their insolvency, and since have tried several times to reach them for information about status of my products. I have also requested to cancel the order, via email and on the website chat. No response, and I do not know if the products are going to be delivered. The company seems to have fallen off the face of the earth!
Edit: The message below is what I keep receiving via email as well. There is no follow up afterwards...
Edit: It is not July 3rd, 2023; still no response from the company. There is definitely something dodgy going on, and I would warn customers to stay away from this company.

Everyone, please read. We have contacted all the vendors who Who's Perfect works with for the orders. Many of them have stated Who's Perfect never paid them including the deposits (we had paid a deposit in Dec'22) - they never received it! Don't pay a dime more as we have received advice that Who's Perfect may never even deliver your orders then. We wait for legal proceedings to finish and take necessary actions - perhaps together as a collective.

The furniture is ok but the customer service is very very bad. It's unfortunate because the quality of the product is fine. Don't buy from this store, once you have bought the communication and support are non-existent.

First the good news, a sofa ordered arrived two months later as planned. But then it stopped, two coffee tables were not to be seen, and impossible to contact customer service. We even considered to drive to the shop to finally get hold on them.
All just too hard, forget it!
It is such a disgrace for online retail to experience the poor customer service of Who's perfect. They neglect your emails, rarely respond, unwilling to assist customers or find solutions to needs.
Never again, we cannot recommend Who's Perfect and advise anyone to look at other online retailers.

Terrible customer service that simply does not respond. I understand that the production processes have slowed down or even stopped at some point. But all it takes is once a factory is reopened: Talk to them, make a delivery plan and communicate back to your client - this is not rocket science. The part where emails remain unanswered is absolutely unacceptable if you make customers pay 100% - thousands of Euros- in advance. Shameful. Last time we order here (over EUR 10K ordered in about 3 years).
Never ever again. I have been waiting for a refund after order cancellation for 10 weeks now - and am still waiting.

Ordered in April 2019 - unconfirmed delivery date in October 2019. Still waiting for confirmation and compensation. Bad Customer Experience. Not recommended at all.
