€529.97 lost, no one feels responsible

Very disappointing experience with Whoppah.

I paid €529.97 for an order that was never delivered. I have clear camera footage proving that no DPD vehicle ever came to my driveway on the alleged delivery day, and even a DPD employee who visited afterwards confirmed that the parcel was not delivered. The alleged delivery signature is not mine.

Despite this, Whoppah has kept me waiting for months, repeatedly referring to Wuunder/DPD and their internal claim process. But my contract is with Whoppah — not with their logistics partners.

As a customer, I should not have to wait for months (!!!) while Whoppah fails to take responsibility for a missing delivery. More than €500 are still being withheld, although I have provided clear evidence.

Extremely poor handling of a serious issue. I cannot recommend buying from Whoppah.

I don't know how they got my email

I don't know how they got my email but I have never done business - buying or selling - with Whoppah and now they've sent me an email informing me that they've updated their Terms & Conditions. At the bottom of the page they claim 'You are receiving this email because you have an account on Whoppah'. This is not true. I had to create a new password to sign in and check, and I saw that the only information they had on me was my email address, with no record of any sales or purchases. I had never heard of Whoppah before today.
