Good quality.

I have ordered several times and every time the delivery was prompt and the packages were well padded so there was never any issues. The one time that they were out of an item they quickly notified me and offered me a discount for my trouble if I wanted to wait or the ability to cancel the item. At one point they offered me a free sample kit but I didn’t follow the instructions properly so it wasn’t shipped. When I asked about it they immediately shipped the kit to me even though I screwed up. Great customer service! Always very prompt to reply to any questions.

Instead of getting the Bergamot fcf that I desperately had to have..I received regular Bergamot that could literally burn my customers..I have orders that are due tomorrow for my customers and now can't do those orders I promised because I was sent the wrong oil. I have sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls with no reply from anyone with answers. Now my orders won't be completed as promised and I have nothing to show for it... total waste of time! Absolutely unbelievable! Now what do I do?

I have bought a few of their organic oils and I'm really enjoying them. I would like to try more. Response time to customer service questions is timely as well.

I had a great experience with this company. I found what I needed quickly and they have a large selection of products. Shipping was very fast. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing again.

I initially was searching for essential oil because I watched a movie where they used a cleaner called lemon oil so I looked up a recipe and it said to use essential oils. So I found yours online and it jumped out at me so I ordered. I didn’t realize I would get so much but I have made lots and lots of lemon oil cleaner and people are loving it. I had to give the recipe to some family members already. So I could help promote your product if you would want me to somehow. It smells great and I pour it in vinegar and water and it cleans better than anything especially windows. So I will definitely keep your in mind when I run out.

Great products as always

It was super easy to navigate their website to purchase the oils I needed. They came quickly and packed safely and securely. You could definitely see the care that went into protecting my order. And of course, the oils are top notch!

My first order from Wholesale Botanicals was lost by the postal service. It appeared to be stuck in DC for over 10 days. I notified them of the situation, reported the package missing requested that, if found, it be returned to sender. Wholesale Botanicals promptly resent my order. I recieved it today. I'm very happy with their customer service. I have not tried the products yet but I have no doubt I will be pleased.

Not happy with the product I purchased. For one it states it as a natural product come to find out when I asked because when received it the label was so small to read and was misrepresented that the product is synthetic!!! Also it says it grown in USA and I emailed to find out where since it said 2 different places and they tell me India. Which then futher shocked me to be synthetic. Couldn't return since yes I was over the 30 days, I just had a baby so wasn't on the top of my list. All they offered was 10%, um no thank you and I won't ever shop from you again. What trash of a product.

We very easy and simple to place my first order. Only took 3 days to come in! Only 2 oils on back order, however they have already communicated with me prior to receiving the rest of my order to let me know what my options are. Very professional and easy to order from will continue to use in the future to help grow my business.
