All Akela food is covered under our Taste Guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened foods (limited to one per customer) or sealed foods (no limit) can be returned to us at your expense. Here are the terms: 1. You need to notify us by e-mail within 30 days of purchase that you wish to make a claim and include your order number (or a copy of your receipt if you ordered via a stockist) 2. You need to send the food back to us in its original packaging at your expense 3. We will check the food, weigh it and provide a refund for the residual weight minus a 10% fee for opened foods.

100% would recommend!

We’ve been buying dry and frozen dog food from Akela/Wholeprey for years. Our dogs love it and their coats are so shiny! Their customer service is fantastic too! Great value for money, quality product.

Used Akela for a number of years.
Always great quality,great communication and great delivery.
Dogs love it and look really good on it.Poos are like putty and no bum scooting from gland trouble.

Perfect food for a fussy husky

I have been using Akela for a number of months now and my very fussy husky is yet to be put off it. We buy the chicken medium paws bag of food and it’s improved his coat, energy levels and appetite massively. It was (almost) impossible to get him to eat any sort of kibble but after putting him on this, he looks forward to his breakfasts and dinners now.

Best dog food I've found.

I order on line and it's delivered to my door .The staff are so helpful and friendly , can thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of trying Akela to go for it , you won't be disappointed 😊

Canned food of high quality…

The wet food cans are of good quality ingredients, no sloppy undefinable fillers. You expect to pay the cost, but plate-lickingly good! The Original dry food is equally loved say my four-foot critics. Delivery is reliable and always on time, or early.
