Really good selection of vegan food. I hoped to make this a regular order for the items I can’t get at Ocado. BUT non existent customer service and very slow delivery. My first order was over Easter so I expected it to be slow. They say 2 days to despatch then 48 hours for delivery. Second order I placed a week ago and heard nothing (money has been taken so I know the order went through) I expected it to be despatched last week so contacted Wholefoods box in 2 different ways (via website contact form and email) and have been ignored. So called ‘track your order’ doesn’t work. So I’m now left nearly £70 out of pocket. Will attempt to get a refund and won’t be ordering again. Better service elsewhere. Wholefoods box need to get the basics right. I’m left wondering how authentic the glowing reviews are on here.

Got scammed by a very similar company before I bought from whole foods box so I was apprehensive. the products I’m after are difficult to source locally so was relieved to find wholefoodsbox and see they are well priced and very genuine both in service and value. Chilled items very well packaged.

Will shop again.

Frozen food order didn't arrive within specified 24hrs. Contacted them by email and phone no response whatsoever. £45 out of pocket.

I've only just started using the lotion (Silver Antibacterial cream) so can't say about effectiveness yet. Overall Wholefoods Box seems to sell high quality products.

Easy to order and quick to deliver. The chilled goods I ordered came with the frozen pack still absolutely solid. The delivery was on time and I was kept well informed. Other companies would not deliver to my area - so well done for helping those who live remotely to be well and healthily fed! The cheese is delicious -, thank you.

The worst quality of vegs ever. The tomatoes are tasteless and of poor quality, the cucumbers are half hollow inside, and some are rotten. Not to mention that they are a completely different sort of cucumber from those pictured on the website. Absolute waste of money.

I placed an order specifically for a product I’ve had trouble finding elsewhere. To justify the shipping, I added several other products to bulk out the order. When the delivery arrived, the primary product I wanted was missing, despite being listed as in stock at the time of purchase (and delivery). I contacted customer service and was told they would make it right by sending the product within the week. It has now been over two weeks. I have received no delivery and no follow-up email. Mistakes happen, but failing to follow through on a promised resolution is poor business practice and I will not be shopping here again.

Communication from the staff is a bit patchy, they apologised for the delay but then didn't respond again and order took weeks to arrive.

Great products and very prompt delivery. Will be ordering regularly from WholeFoodsBox.

I ordered the vegan Yorkshire pudding and was not disappointed. I haven’t had a Yorkshire pudding for over 30 years (since going vegan) and can’t say I noticed the difference. Thoroughly enjoyed by me and my non-vegan husband. Will definitely be buying again. Plus the ease of ordering and delivery was easy and efficient.

I love the SoulKitchen soups,a great way to get some veggies down you ,and delivery is excellent.

Fantastic service. Nice website, easy to order. Clear communication from taking my order to the time it would be delivered, which was exactly when the courier advised it would be. I had all frozen goods, which were very well packaged and arrived still frozen. I am very happy with my purchases and the service I received, I shall be a returning customer 😊

I received a wonderful selection of delicious vegan cheese and deli items as well as some fantastic frozen finds (toad in the hole and ready to heat and eat pancakes!). Excellent packaging as everything arrived perfectly frozen or chilled. Lovely. Will be using WholeFoods again.

I just love my frozen organic Brussel Sprouts and organic blackcurrants! They are both hard to get anywhere else! Delivery was great and the price was very reasonable..I will definitely be re ordering! Hoping for even more organic options! 👏👏👌👌😁👍

The item were delivered on time very early in the morning which meant I didernt have to wait in. The product was frozen and I was a little worried it might defrost but all was fine still frozen. I would use again eventhough I paid a lot in delivery due to it needing to be kept frozen.
