Two printed Navy Gazebos ordered on the basis of the mock up design. Royal blue Gazebos received instead. These do not match our club colours. Dan refused to supply correctly coloured replacements. He also refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the mistake but suggested it was our fault for not supplying a Pantone reference. We would have if asked! Suggest Whizprint review their sales process to ask for a Pantone reference to avoid repeating this mistake and disappointing other customers.
At the time of writing still waiting the delivery of Heavy Duty Leg Water Weights. 10 days ago Dan said they would be us the next day. Still not received.

Amazing experience with Dan and the team at Whizprint. We've got two custom gazebo's from them now for our charity. The design was exactly what we needed and the quality is brilliant. Communication excellent throughout and delivered really quickly. Can't recommend enough!

The order was placed on the condition that Whizzprint could deliver by 8th August. We had another supplier ready to meet this deadline but chose Whizzprint based on a family recommendation. Our event was on 10th August, and we made it clear—before ordering, before paying, and again after payment—that timely delivery was essential. Dan from Whizzprint assured us they could meet the deadline.

Whizzprint sent over artwork that was unsuitable. We returned it with the required changes, which they processed and sent back, giving us only a few hours to approve. As we were out of the office, we approved the design three hours past their deadline. Dan then informed us delivery would be 9th August instead of the 8th. We reluctantly agreed.

On the 9th, with no delivery in sight and our event looming, we emailed them for an update. There had been no communication all week—no dispatch confirmation, no tracking number. It seemed they simply closed shop on Friday without concern, having already received payment.

Today (10th), Dan emailed saying he had been “out” and not checked emails, reiterating that delivery was expected on the 9th due to our late artwork approval, but adding that couriers don’t deliver on Saturdays—despite him giving us the Saturday date in the first place.

So, to summarise: we missed their artwork deadline by 3 hours and were penalised with a 1-day delay, yet they can miss the promised delivery by 3 days (assuming we even receive it on the 11th) with no issue.

If you need your product on time, do not use this company

I needed a gazebo for my brand and had difficulty finding a good and reliable place that was also affordable. I came across Whizprint on titktok and thought id give them an email. Spoke to Dan at Whizprint and he was great, I was able to negotiate a decent price and payment plan that suited my business. Dan was very accommodating and understood the struggles of a small business. The design mock up was seamless and quick. I sent my brand guidelines and logos and within few hours the design was mocked up for approval.

I needed the gazebo at a short notice and Dan did everything he could to get the gazebo to us on time for our event which we are forever greatful. gazebo was fantastic quality and the print was even better. I would definitely be working with Whizprint again in the future.

Great seemless experience from inception to completion

We are simply alloys use gazebos for outside use often. Thanks to Whizprint they made us new ones with our logo and it came out amazing! Great value and the product its self is solid, clean and great quality. We will be using them now for ongoing vans we kit out. Thanks again 😀

I’ve dealt with Whizprint twice now(both times for a printed gazebo’s and other Promotional items) and each time they have been easy to deal with, personable and professional.

Huge fan of Whizprint! We recently purchased flags from Whizprint for an event at our acting school and they were exactly what we needed - the design matched what we sent, the quality was great, and they arrived in less than a week. Plus, the staff are super friendly which is always a bonus. If the flags ever wear out (which might be a long time in the future lol) we will definitely come back to Dan and the team for more :)

Order a banner and flag and it arrived very quickly, it’s good quality and print! Really happy. I will be using whiz print again for all my future bannners , step and repeat boards as they were so pleasant, professional to deal with!

At the end of term, our Nursery schools host graduation days and sports day events. Desperately needed three gazebos for shade.(or rain) Found Whizprint Who guaranteed fast delivery and also seemed a bit cheaper than others Sites I found. Loads of comments from parents about how good the logos looked.
I don’t normally bother leaving reviews, but I felt this time I would as the guy who guaranteed fast delivery didn’t let me down and saved our sports day.

We are a very small charity based in Lincolnshire. Sadly our usual printer couldn't help with what we needed, so a google search came up with Whizprint. From the first e-mail contact through to delivery of our order the team were helpful, professional and made the purchase less stressful for us. They ensured our new flags and gazebo top arrived in time for a fundraising event. I am happy to recommend and would happily use them again when it comes to us needing more PR materials.
