This company totally misrepresents their merchandise. It doesn't look like their pictures and then when they do send something, it's completely wrong. Also, if you try and return the item to the address from where they shipped, I got a reply saying "sorry we're sorry for the inconvenience but the return address is wrong and we cannot return your money. Please beware of many of the Chinese companies who are shipping to the US. They're shell companies.

The quality of the product is misrepresented in the pictures and sized 2 sizes too small and I am still missing 2 items from the order worth almost $60.00. What makes it worse is that I bought most of these items as 2019 Christmas gifts and had to spend additional money because they could not be utilized because the quality was so bad or misrepresented with most of the items. I have been trying to determine for awhile now how to return the product since the website no longer exist and most of the items came from China. There are still two items missing from an almost $300.00 order and no one is responding. I am sooooo UPSET at the quality and lack of customer service. I have attempted to email them at Service@whiteseek com as instructed and received a failure notice with address not found. I need for someone to respond or contact me concerning Order #Wseek10755SA ASAP.

Dear Whiteseek. I have never had such unpleasant experience like with you. In 2018 I have ordered 10 items and paid EUR300. Most items were poor quality, few of the never arrived. I requested for refund and after 6 months writing they told me to send the items, unless I'll pays sending items back on my own. I send it to China, but after 3 months the package came back because WHITESEEK refused to accept the package. I paid EUR50 for sending the items! The worst thing what they could do is to ask me pay for sending to China, but they already knew that they will not refund me. THIS IS BAD KARMA,

I ordered two items many months ago. They charged my card immediately. One came and was very, very small. The other was never shipped. I contacted the company to stop the delivery for the second item and get a refund. I tried to return the other item. I never received a refund for the unshipped item and they were not helpful for the return of the other item. I will never shop with them again.

Ordered something last November and still waiting on it. They took the money from my bank account straight away. Does anybody have a telephone number for them.

Total crap everything is about 4 sizes smaller. When you pay to ship back a return item to address they provide they refuse any refund . They bill you on your credit card under a different name. So the credit card company will not fight for you. Buyer beware. I’m furious and they need to be exposed.

The maxi dress shown in their advert is designed to mislead. I placed an order on February 24 and expected a turnaround in about three weeks based on promised delivery time. After four weeks went by without any contact, got in touch and received the following reply: "Thank you for your support and understanding. I know you have been waiting for a long time. I feel so sorry for this. I have told my colleagues to speed up. Once shipped out, you will receive a notification with the tracking number, don't worry about it. … "
So I grit my teeth and waited, and waited, and finally demanded a
refund after two additional weeks with no word, whereupon I was told the item was being shipped.
The good news is: I finally received the item; exactly two(2) months after the initial order.
The bad news: it's a piece of crap.
I am a seamstress so I know this item can be made in ONE day - unless they're using 8-yr-olds in their workshop. But I'll have the last laugh yet. I will use their design as a starting point for an improved product and sew myself the dress I thought I was ordering.

I ordered a necklace. It took a month for it to arrive, and I wasn't sure it was even still coming. I kept hoping that customer service would update me, but that never happened. I just received my necklace today, and it is very pretty. However, I wish there was better customer interaction.

I am calling you to fulfill my obligation to return my money. It is 28.99$ for dress and 44.99$ for coat.

2/12/2018 I did shopping and made a payment. 12/02/2019 thej informed me that the dress is unavailable - after 3 months.
On 14/02/2019 they acknowledged my right to a refund 28.99$. At the same time, they informed me that I will receive a refund within 15-25 working days. The deadline was 12/03. I hadn’t got refund for dress. Another 16 business days passed and I still have not received a refund. Despite the fact that 27/03/2019 the company informed me that the refund will be carried out in the first priority.
When I send expectation an immediate refund of 28.99 $ for dress (the time has been significantly exceeded), I am not getting any answer. Sad. It is really distasteful.

I have return coat. Completely different shape, quality, fabric. 26/03 the company received my parcel with the return of the coat. When will I get a refund? I don’t know because I haven’t got any information.

Having the same problem too, having viewing their items, I ordered some what seemed to be lovely jackets and a sweater dress, the dress arrived first or should I say crap material type sweat shirt, nothing like the pictures and this was after almost 2 months, so I cancelled the rest of the order and they've been giving me the run around since. No items no money back but I'm determined. I placed an order back in November 2018.

Somehow in China, this company will be located and shut down and the people arrested for fraud!

I ordered in November and still have not received my second item. The item I did receive is terrible quality, looking nothing like the photo. Awful company.

Best clothing site I have seen for quite a long time. I highly recommend all of you to at least give it a try. The dress designers here are well aware of dressing sense of people. Their response time is great. You can get response to any of your queries round the clock. Good and friendly staff will always deal you in best professional way. Highly recommended.

My experience with this site is more than satisfactory especially after the good experience with the customer service. However my expectations on the delivery were not very high because I have been disappointing in the past. I therefore expected anything. This however changed after I opened the shipment.
