In 2021, I had taken loan for my son's coding classes and due to some reasons took only some classes, and EMI was running.
The extra amount paid was refunded by emailing them. now again their finance team which is financepeer sent me texts on whatsapp that my loan is due. Whenever I got message, there
was a number to support us, which is not supportive. and texted that number, after 3 months reply came to me saying that institute dint repay them. I explained that everything is done and got refund too and dint give me NOC. I have email proofs too. As I am out of station feeling so regretful for taking classes with white hat junior. when I asked my bank to close they said that institute should do the process.

Whitehat jr is a big scam. It is a waste of money and precious time, as they charge such high prices for teaching nothing useless.

My child was joined online class 16 august after joining class we received one linked to joined class, after using that Link teacher voice not cleared video also not viewed after that we complaint to whitehat team then team reply next week issue will be resolve but after 3 week also we face same issue and they have no solution for that issue then I demand for refund Suraj more- My refund mail received 27 Nov 2023 but amount not credited yet

I am a student of Whitehat Jr., and my primary teacher left Whitehat two years ago, and they still have not changed her as my primary teacher. I feel I have been scammed, as now they won`t pick up any of my calls or respond to my emails. I am left helpless here with over 42 credits remaining, each priced at approximately 600. For every query, they ask me to reach a personal concierge, and I don`t have any mode of contact with these so-called institutions.

We gave advance payment for many classes. now they are cancelling classes. not responding to email or phone. Stay away from this organisation. This is totally fraud company.

I think most of the reviews that are praising them are old articles. Presently they have almost stopped functioning. Classes are getting cancelled for months due to lack of teachers. The support team also does not reply to any mail queries. They have taken so much money and now it seems like cheating. Above all, we are unable to communicate with them by any means. The phone numbers that were previously provided in the website are non functioning. The previously saved numbers of management staffs are either non functioning or has left Whitehat platform. So its totally a pathetic situation.

My child attended coding classes in White hate jr for the past 1 year and I spend 1 lakh rs for it. Even after completing the course with 100% project and Quiz submission, they didn't provide her course completion certificate. No one is responding the calls and Mails

I wouldn't even give Whitehatjr a one-star rating it deserves 0 stars. They committed fraud, they just took our money, and they didn't even refund the money, they didn't even give a certificate and there is no one to answer.

I have been waiting for my salary for the past eight months, and my experience with WhiteHat Jr (BYJU'S) has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups via email, the responses I receive are vague and unhelpful, simply stating that my final settlement is "in process."

This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable, especially for a company that prides itself on innovation and integrity. I expected better treatment and timely compensation for my work. I hope they improve their payment processes and prioritize their employees’ concerns moving forward.

Overall, I would advise potential employees to consider this issue seriously before joining.

There has been a lot going on in this orgnisation that has impacted their ability to provide the service that we have paid for. there has been several insatnces of stike aciton from their employees from custiner service to the teachers. There is zero communicatoiin from them and no way to get in touch with a real person. If anyone has any information please put it in here or on their facebook page

Don't take classes from them. I have sent them a request for refund since 1 year but they still haven't returned my money. They are stealing money.

I requested a refund 6 months ago after my child was stood up for 4 different classes (no teacher showed up). Please do not pay this company anything as you may never see the classes or your money again!
UPDATE 10/12/2024 No refund issued, the same song and dance about it "being processed", I am working with my credit card company and reporting this fraud.

terrible experience regarding refund
my son was doing coding classes with whitehat. we want to discontinue classes so i ask for refund for remaining 94 classes. they ask about bank details but after giving details no further action. repeated email but no reply.

The Whitehat junior is fraud. I need to get refund. You doing fraud. No classes since last two months. I have informed to my bank

Teacher's are cancelling classes and credits are deducted without teaching coding classes. There is no response for the mails at support @whitehatjr.

Terrible company - no customer support - have stolen money and are not giving any classes. There is no response from customer service or anyone reply to emails sent to the company.
We log on for classes and teachers respond by saying they are having technical issues. Meanwhile the credit for the class gets deducted.

There is always problem with the coding classes. Now no one in the company responds that classes is not being taken by teacher. We had paid huge amount of Rs. 1,20,000 but no one cares now to respond that why classes are not being taken. The teacher says that since she is not getting her salary for more than 6 months so she won't take classes further. The other contacts are not contactable. No one cares to respond to refund the money of the parents.

Terrible Experience
I am utterly disgusted and furious with White Hat Jr. For the past six months, I have been unable to access their services, despite paying a substantial amount of money. Their website has been completely non-functional, and all my attempts to contact them through calls and emails have been blatantly ignored.

This company is a complete scam and exhibits the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have shown a total lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. It is evident that they have no intention of providing the services they promise.

I am left with no choice but to take severe actions against them, including filing a complaint with local law enforcement and initiating a lawsuit for breach of contract. I will also be reporting their fraudulent activities to consumer protection agencies and sharing my horrific experience on every possible platform to warn others.

Save your time, money, and sanity—avoid White Hat Jr at all costs. This company is a disgrace and should be shut down for their fraudulent and unethical practices.

White hat junior is getting worse day by day. There is no way for parents and students to directly contact the team and teachers on their platform. There is a machine on chat service, telephone service is not available and they do not respond to emails. Classes are rescheduled without any information. Children sit after joining the classes and no team joined them nor anyone solve the problem. Parents and children are being fooled in the name of coding.
