Hello, I’ve been a loyal customer of yours for a long time.
I’m really disappointed with the last package I received from you — there’s a problem with the product, it’s not like it used to be.
First, I feel uncomfortable when using it, and second, the nicotine pouch starts breaking open after about 15 minutes of use.
Please check what the issue might be, as I used to be able to use one pouch for more than three hours without any problem.

Your shipment was stopped by DHL due to the recipient name being on their banned list. On August 1st, we emailed you requesting ID and details to resolve this, but did not receive a reply.
We noticed you sent us an email containing only a subject line stating “where is my hour?” but the message was unclear, so we were unable to assist properly.
Your parcel is most likely being returned from DHL now. When it is back with us we will issue you with a refund.

I understand delays can be annoying. We're based in the Isle of Man, and parcels typically take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. They can also be held, or even rejected, by customs.
Delays in delivery and shipping to America
Excellent packaging. But the shipping delay, my order arrived after about twenty-five days. I hope the shipping will be fast.
