The pictures of the sweater I bought for my sisters Christmas gift looked beautiful I knew she would love it. When it came last week along with 1 for me too...it wasn't a sweater it was a polyester piece of fabric with a copy of the sweater design on it. I would no put on my dog to wear. She would roll around to try to get that ugly thing off. The company needs to be honest about what they are selling. Now iam running out of time to find what my sister would live for Christmas.

They sell a vastly inferior product than what they show online. Cheap material. The photo makes it look like it has reinforced elbows. The shirt had dark circles painted on the elbows. The advertised color was a dark brown. What I received was more like orange. When I asked for a return they responded that I got what I ordered but they were willing to give $3 US to make things right after I spent $41 for a sweatshirt.

Received my "sweaters" today. What a rip off what was supposed to be a beautiful sweater is some crap polyester thing that I wouldn't even put on my dog .. disgusting that I fell for this not only did it take 3 weeks to get since it was coming from Italy per their email it came from Chicago

Same as sooo many other reviews. The picture of the sweatshirt we ordered, looks amazing. What we got is a paper thin polyester print that is terrible quality. Looks so cheap I would be embarrassed to even wear it.

Same as others, very disappointed. Thought it was an embroidered sweater and it’s just a print on polyester material. I feel the pictures are very deceiving.

Wish I would have read the reviews. Order a sweater and it was just a cheap sweatshirt. Complete bait and switch. They said it was exactly what I order. Wrong!!!

I ordered the beautiful purple knit sweater with beautiful embroidery on it as was excited to wear it! What I got was a polyester jacket that looks like they took a picture of the sweater and printed it on to a polyester fabric. They offered me a 5.00 credit!!!! I want a total refund!!!! The jacket that was sent is not even worth 10.00!!! Bait and switch never buy from this company. Along with it says made in USA but took a month because it came from Italy!!!

I give them 1 star only because I have to give them something. Support Alzheimer’s they said, with this beautiful sweater they said, Believe me when I say it WAS a beautiful picture and THAT was ALL it was, I was so excited begged my husband to buy it, and it FIANALLY came in the mail…. Then I opened it… The ugliest “sweater” I have ever seen. It is a cheap sweatshirt with principle flowers there is no sweater to it all… I don’t look to get a resolution from them they lie, cheat and steal. Hope you enjoy my 67.00 you all got cause it will be the LAST and remember you “ Christian Company” God will judge YOU in the end

Shirt I ordered didn't look anything like the picture. Poor quality. Felt like children's halloween costume material. Contacted them and they are low balling my return. Spent $50 and they offered $3, $6, and then $10 as a refund.

Ordered breast cancer awareness sweater…sooo disappointed it’s not a sweater but some cheap polyester knock off. Paid way too much and it took almost twice as long to receive. Will not buy from them again!

I should have read reviews instead of just looking at the overall rating. It appears that they shipped some ok hats. As others have said, my shirt looked nothing like what I ordered. Cheap materials and took a long time to get here from overseas. So much for a "Christian Company that makes their products in the US"!
After reading the accounts of purchasers attempting to get a refund, I will just donate it to our local Gospel Mission. I'm not convinced that a homeless person will want to wear it, though.

The "sweater"is a thermal knit jacket not a knitted sweater. I actually thought that I ordered a different style but can't verify that. Doubtful that I would buy from this website again. Melissa Medeiros 27 Berkley St New Bedford MA USA

This company is a scam. The pictures they show are not what they ship. Won’t work with you on returns at all

As others have said the product I received barely resembles the photos in their ad. Very cheaply made of poor quality materials. I contacted their customer service and followed their instructions to initiate a refund. They offered me a $3.00 refund! I insisted they had misrepresented their product and I would only be satisfied with a full refund. The upped their offer to $5.00. We went back and forth many times. I used PayPal for the purchase and opened a case with them and they contacted the company. Again back a forth to the company. They said if I wanted a full refund I would need to return the shirt to them in China! Needless to say the shipping cost was high. Minimum of $30 plus. They offered a refund of $26.40 at this point I accepted just to be done with it. Initially I saw several designs that I thought would be great. I’m sure at this point none of their goods are worth trying. Save the aggravation. DON’T BUY!!!
I really think their business is based on showing attractive designs and shipping inferior quality just to rip people off! My order was placed 9/14/24. Partial refund accepted 10/30/24

Misleading! The actual sweather looks nothing like the picture. It is cheap polyester crap! In trying to return the items, I am getting the runaround by the company. "I'm sorry you're disappointed" "We'll send feedback to the manufacturer", etc. But they ignore the request to return the goods and get a refund.

Do not purchase from this site. I ordered in September a sweater for breast cancer month (October), have not received the sweater, plus I ordered 2 pair of leggings, Halloween and Fall. Have not received those items. They bill under Zero Miracle Network, not Whitecloth, thus I thought I had fraud on my credit card and had to close the card. Now I’m fighting to get my money back. Again do NOT order from this company. Judy in PA.

I am very disappointed with the sweater that came in, it doesn't look at all like the picture. The picture is designed in a very puffy design. The sweater I received is not at all what I expected. The sweater I paid for is V Chicks Pansy Floral Embroidery Pattern Cozy Hooded Cardigan. Color- Purple, and Size-Large. That isn't what I received. I took a picture of the sweater you sent me but I don't know how to send it over to you. Please send me a return post-paid return label so I can send this one back to you. Please send me the sweater I ordered. God be with you, Diana

If I could give them a negative 10….i would. This is a scam….they are not a US company. What they show in their website is NOT what you will receive. I waited 6 wks for products from Ireland. What I received was not even close to what was on their website. They insulted me by offering me a fraction of my cost. They won’t take it back and are horrible to work with. I too ordered breast awareness items: a sweater and a sweatshirt….what I got was not a sweater(knit button front cardigan, and poor quality) and the sweatshirt was not a sweatshirt it was a silky knit top. You could probably buy the same items on Temu for a fraction of the cost and get them faster. WARNING…. They are a scam!!!!

My advice to any consumer that wants to purchase anything from whitecloth.com. DON’T!!!!!!!!!!! The items are not authentic. They find a picture of something similar and try to make it out of cheap, cheap material. false advertisement. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WHITECLOTH. COM. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) need to ban them from selling items here in the USA.
