Delivery and packaging
We had an issue with the delivery out of the DHL hub, and the customer service helped us great!
However the packaging was really basic and some "screws" that we will need to fix the paper were lost => product cannot be used correctly with paper anymore.

Product replaced swiftly
Even though the whiteboard arrived slightly damaged, 1 e-mail to the customer service had this problem solved and a brand new board arrived the next day. Definitely ordering again.

Bad experience
My order, whiteboard, came quickly after order however it was damaged (not in a way which would hamper its functionality) and came without necessary mounting tools. After speaking to customer service they agreed to ship me mounting tools next day which they did. Nothing was done about damaged board. Lady who received the call made it clear that my call is very annoying for her.
Price and board functionality was satisfactory.
