Scandalous behaviour

Scam website, run away! Bought in apr.20 various pens and forgot to pay the CHF20 invoice attached to the email sales confirmation (my fault, I agree)
Received no news, reminders or email from them for 3 months until finally I received a letter from Credireform requesting immediately the payment of CHF100 for arrears. Company is not answering calla at all; it has probably closed now.
I find the approach scandalous; I'm furious at them for not even trying to reach to me a single time to remind me of the situation. Really poor poor poor way of doing business. Never do any business with them! (if they indeed do still operate)
