The company didn't send the required number of packers on the day before the move which meant only about half was preloaded. The morning of the move was therefore frenetic with 4 people trying to pack as quickly as possible. This led to random items in boxes. They finally left at 2pm not late morning as anticipated . As the transit was some 100.miles away a small van took our bed and some garden items, getting to the new house around 6pm. We only had a bed that night which was not the plan.
The packers and movers worked hard throughout.
We contacted the office at the end the first day and were told that they had staffing problems. Frankly, not our problem, we paid for a service which fell short of expectations. As you are required to pay up front, there is nothing we can do.We received no apology. The guys on the ground did the best they could.

The crew turned up on time and worked extremely hard and efficiently. Particular. worthy of praise are Steve and Darren. The delivery in Beverley went equally smoothly. Again Darren was super efficient and helpful.
Overall the service you provided was excellent. Thank you.

Carpets were laid at both properties.
Unfortunately, the boxes were not labelled well, often showing the previous move, and therefore being delivered to the wrong room. This was only discovered after the team had left.
When a 3 seater settee was being removed, the team boss asked us to sign a waiver when they initially could not get it through a door. We knew it had come in I one piece , and it took advice from myself and a friend before it went through.

We have just been moved by White & Company.

The whole process was seamless. We could not have wished for a more skilled, professional and friendly team to undertake our relocation. Communication from the quote to the final items bring delivers to our new home were outstanding. For anyone looking for a removal company we could not recommend White and Company too highly, quite outstanding. Many thanks to the whole team.

Went like clockwork and the guys couldn’t have been more accommodating.

The move went comparatively smoothly. The White's team arrived on time, they were polite, attentive and courteous. They carefully packed all breakables and loaded up the removal lorry efficiently.
When we arrived at our new home with the key they were waiting for us and immediately started unpacking, placing all furnishing and boxes in the correct rooms.
Excellent company I thoroughly recommend them.

Chris and team were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. I felt they worked really hard to get most of the furniture and boxes loaded in one day leaving only a few items to be put on the van the following day which took an hour and they were on their way by 10am. Well done guys. Unloading was also very good.

I am so impressed with your service. The removal employees were absolutely stellar. They arrived on time, every day, introduced themselves and were so courteous and respectful of our property and our needs. We knew exactly what the plan was for the day and it was executed without a hitch. We had a big move with quite a distance, so our main representatives, Rory and George were with us the entire way. All of the employees were brilliant and Rory and George really made the move easy. I would highly recommend your service to anyone needing removals. Very professional organisation, very helpful removals guys, I thought a very competitive price, against 2 others who quoted and did not offer such a good service. They wrapped my soft furniture and took great care with my items. My furniture went into store for 3 weeks, the 4 containers were already on the lorry and loading was so organised, very pleased.

Absolutely outstanding service from when we enquired about a quote to delivery of the actual service. Packing, dismantling, removal and unpacking; the team led by Rory were exceptional. Unbelievably hard working and professional.

This is a very professional company with excellent staff. They handled my move across Europe without any hassles, even though the customs were difficult, they handled it professionally. When the goods arrived in Germany the staff were again excellent and very efficient. We had NO breakages in this move.

Due to problems in the chain I had to enquire about new potential dates many times. Someone always answered the telephone promptly and dealt with my query efficiently,
Good opening hours, longer than most other firms, which was great as exchange was at the 11th hour.
I chose to do my own packing, but Whites were still happy to pack mirrors/large pictures which was a relief!
Arrived promptly and packed and unpacked quickly, with no damage.

An extremely reliable company . The staff were so helpful and very nice people to deal with . The collection went well and they stored my item very professionally. The item was delivered promptly at a day that suited us. Would definitely recommend

All the personnel who dealt with us were courteous, friendly and professional, and did not waste any time with our move.
However, despite all this, a small number of items were broken/damaged during the move, hence only four stars.

This concerns the removal of some lots in France to the UK. A special thank you to Marcia Asher, European Move Manager, who did a sterling job thinking of the numerous emails we exchanged over many weeks. Always keeping in touch in a timely and courteous manner. The lots arrived well packaged and the van turned up on time. Many thanks to all.

We moved over 100 miles so we're a bit anxious. The whole experience was brilliant, from arranging a home visit and quote to the move itself. The team cleared our house and settled us in our new home. The team worked so hard snd gave us great advice and help a long the way.

The company from start to finish were great with communication and understanding a slightly awkward unload area due to it being on a high street. Their partner company Maidmans actually carried out the physical move and again i can not fault them. The team was very professional, polite and hardworking. Fantastic experience at a stressful time.
