Bronze award

I've been working in yachting for 5 years and I was toying with the idea of moving into the galley. A friend of mine who is now working as sous/crew chef recommended me to white pepper. With so many courses to choose from I found white pepper to be the most approachable. Luke had alot of time to go through the courses and with living away I was able to arrange a zoom a meeting; which was a great way to talk face to face and iron out any queries. I started the course with new tutors Al and Claire and I really did strike lucky to have them both. The bronze journey has been an epic  learning experience and I cant wait to continue onto the silver. The whole team at white pepper make it a fulfilling experience!

I have just finished the bronze course…

I have just finished the bronze course with WP and it has exceeded all my expectations! Before the course I had no culinary skills whatsoever and after just three weeks I felt like I had accomplished so much. The tutors Al & Claire are extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient and were there for me every step of the way. I am very excited to continue with the silver and gold courses.
