I was bought a bracelet as a gift from Simpsons several years ago , unfortunately I caught it on a train and broke it .while in Whitby on holiday I took it to the shop for repair. Sue in the shop could not have been more friendly and helpful.The repair was done quickly and to the highest standard. I was absolutely delighted to have my bracelet back

In this day and age you just don't get outstanding service like this anymore. Bought my wife a bracelet, they went the extra mile to make sure it got to her before Mothers Day.
