This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I placed an order through Facebook originally then 30 days later received an email notifying me another order was shipping. I wasn’t pleased with the product so immediately contacted them via email (the only contact method available on their website) and asked them to cancel my order/subscription and any further shipments. Well that was on 02/19/26, and this is the 23rd and I haven’t received a response. I’ve tried going on their website to find a way to cancel the subscription to no avail. I’ve read many reviews from people says they’ve had no luck getting a response from them and their card is charged month after month. I did change my address on their site and remove my credit card so hopefully they can no longer charge me for orders. Fingers crossed. People need to be made aware.

Unless you want a forever product, don't engage

Such a disappointing experience with this company. I ordered their product to try, but after the second month became unhappy with it. They offer a 60-day refund, but there is no active link on their site to process a refund or, even more importantly, stop the subscription!!
No phone number to call, the support email will not reply.
I just received another shipment @39.99, and I cannot seem to discontinue the product.
