No captial gains tax is a huge bonus
The process was very easy, they answered all my questions, I was just a little confused as to why they needed to carry out an Anti Money laundering check as it was under £5,000.
I plan to buy a few casks over the coming years the closer I get to retirement as I like the idea of no capital gains tax.

I just wanted to clarify your comment on our Anti Money Laundering process. As a WOWGR licence holder (Warehouse keepers and Owners of Warehouse Goods Regulations) appointed and regulated by HMRC, an AML check must be carried out on all clients purchasing a cask irrespective of the value of the cask.

Can't thank this company enough, I have even ordered a sample from my cask
Been collecting rare whisky bottles for years, never thought about owning a full barrel. Carmen was really helpful and provided me with all the answers to my questions.
She sent over a list of about 50 casks to choose from, I am a fan of peated whisky so settled on a 250L barrel from Islay.
I’ve already ordered a sample from it, so I look forward to tasting my own whisky.

Great experience buying casks for our grandchildren
My wife and I bought two casks for our young Grandchildren with a plan to gift them over when they turn 18.
We didn’t have the biggest budget, so we were really pleased we could get both barrels for under £5,000.
The process was very easy and communication from the company was spot on.

Cask sale
Just sold a cask through them. We owned it for 10 years so felt it was time to cash in. They gave me a free valuation and took care of all the transfer and paperwork.
They dealt directly with the warehouse and their commission was really reasonable and the whole process took less than 3 weeks.

It's not fake it's real
It's not a con. This is the easiest thing I have done, and the best. Being young I could not think of a better thing to spend my money on. Whisky. Darren was so so helpful in answering all my questions and he also understood that I was very nervous and cautious with my money, and was more than happy to sit down over a coffee at their office and discuss the investment further in person. They are all very helpful and supportive
