After waiting a month for our 4 champagne glasses to arrive one was totally shattered. I’ve emailed them 4 times but absolutely no response. Worst customer service ever

Overall design is excellent - However glass is 2mm thick at lip - far too thick for a champagne glass. Use as a vase.

This company should not be in business. Glasses purchased were like vases instead of glasses. 2 chipped out of 8 but didn't want them anyway, so cost $70 to send back to China with the details they gave for a part refund they said they would offer and glasses have been returned to sender!! So out of pocket hundreds$$$. No one will reply to any emails. I've given them lots of opportunities, so it's time to warn others. Don't use this company!

Love the Whisky glasses, the Craftmanship and quality of the glasses.

Beware of this company. I ordered some expensive champagne glasses which I paid for but never received. Six months later, they refused to issue a refund saying "they are still in transit." Then, they quit responding altogether. You are ordering products from deep in China and have little chance of every receiving what you ordered. Scam.

Ordered 6 champagne flutes on pictures they look great What I got was long tequila shot glass.

I bought these glasses as a twenty year anniversary present for my partner.They were very slow to arrive but arrived without any breakage and were well packed.These champagne glasses truthfully are just horrible. The design is good and they look good, but they are the worst champagne glasses I have drunk out of. The rim is so thick its just not nice to sip a champagne from.The only thing i can think to do with them is to give them away as gifts, as a vase for a single flower. Unfortunately i have 12 of them.For the price they were just not worth it. I contacted the seller email and asked if i could send them back, which was fine, but the returns policy says as it was a chinese address that sometimes the mail gets lost and if this happens they would not refund you if this happens. The freight to send back was also very expensive so Ive still got them in the box and am very diaapointed. I hope this review saves someone else from wasting their money

Service was good and delivery fast, item is as described but feels and looks cheap because it is. If that’s what you’re after great, but if you want great quality then pay for it elsewhere.

I ordered from them on July 6th. No updates to the tracking for the shipping, and now the website is unavailable. I believe this is a scam and after reading other reviews, I feel that they take advantage of people. I tried emailing them but the email says no user - so guess I am not getting the decanter I ordered.

Ordered some expensive champagne glasses which I never received. Contacted them and was told it was not their problem and that I should contact the shipper. Shipper told me they had no clue. Totally unprofessional. Still waiting for a refund. Terrible company.

Totally misrepresented on the website. Champagne flutes look nothing like the pictured product. Thick glass, shallow bottom. Might be able to be used as bud vase, but will probably tip over.
Please don’t fall for this as I did.
Buyer beware!

Firstly let me congratulate Whiskira on their excellent photography, sadly the Champagne glass quality is vastly over stated. In New Zealand go to Stevens and purchase 6 of the same quality glass for the price of 2 I paid on this site.
The delivery time was ridiculously long in fact I questioned Whiskira if this was a scam! My glasses were a gift to take on a visit to Brisbane and I asked if they would forward them to Brisbane instead of NZ due to the length of time to actually confirm shipping order. No, they wouldn’t, however another empty assurance they would arrive in time. Now I own two glasses I don’t want! I was even offered a full refund, yup 4 months later I’m still waiting. Not even worthy of the 1 star above!

Ordered a flask set April 3rd and it's still in China. I'm being told it's held up because of problems with Covid but there a long time between their 7-10 days and the 3 months I've been waiting so far 😅

All arrived safely packed, no damage whilst shipping. Slight 'graze' on one lip of one glass but not that you'd notice.
Can't complain about the product, the purchase experience, the delivery time or the emails detailing status of order.

Ordered 4 glasses - 1 was broken - replaced in a week. Glasses were definately bigger than anticipated, but cannot complain.
