Very poor service
I left a Husqvarna brushcutter with Whelans on 31 MAy and was told it would be fixed in a few days. After a week I got a call to say it would take another week and agreed the repair cost. A month later I rang them - a problem getting Husqvarna parts, they would ring me when it was available. They didn't ring and when I rang on 26 July they said it was fixed for the last fortnight, but they didn't call me because someone was on holidays! No apologies the workshop manager didn't seem to care that I had been left without my machine for 2 months!
