Simple, effective sales experience. Joe Scott is a superb salesman, a fellow biker and clearly very passionate about his brand. Nothing was pressurized, the bike I went to see was there and wow !!, I test rode another bike which was the same model/year bike (it was the one available for road test), fell in love with it, and did a deal on the one I wanted. The whole thing felt relaxed, very prompt and efficient communication, and a really quick turn round given the time of year. 10/10 A* for a job well done Joe and Wheels team as a whole.

Everything went smoothly and Joe really helped out explaining all the set ups on the bike and what a machine it is!!

I dealt with Joe Scott at wheels. I was looking to part exchange my Moto Guzzi Stelvio for an Aprilia Tuerag 660 as I was looking for a lighter bike. From Joe answering the phone to me to giving me a reasonable deal that I was happy with, we did the deal. Joe kept me informed all through the process and my new bike was delivered within the week.

I rang a few times asking about a used Honda bike, and general advice on buying a used bike in general.
As a new rider looking to purchase their first motorcycle, the customer service felt a little rude, short, and unhelpful. It did make me feel like I'm wasting their time asking questions that no seasoned riders would.

Despite this, I pulled trigger and purchased the bike due to the price and location and it went extremely smooth. Unlike many other dealers, they didn't attempt to upsell me, or introduce hidden charges not already in the public listing. The communications I receive from initial enquiry up to delivery was clear, informative, and fast. They even sent me a personalised video of the bike pre-delivery.

They were also still very prompt and helpful in replying to my emails post-purchase regarding service history etc.
It has been half a year since, and there's been no issues on the bike, and i've been loving it!

I recently purchased a Kawasaki Z 900 R/S SE from here. The salesman Will was great. However there were a few problems. I had asked for a battery tender to be attached to the battery it wasn’t . I was told the quick shifter was enabled it had not been. The radiator guard was attached without the rubber cushions so it would eventually damage the radiator. This was discovered at first service. Finally my address was wrong on their system so all documents were delivered to a neighbour .
