Received my car as expected on 29th May and I am overjoyed.
The process from application to the delivery of my vehicle was second to none. Very sleek, easy process.

I Was looking to replace an end of lease car but with the covid19 situation nearly all lease companies were closed and not offering a service until the situation changed, checked out Wheels4sure and spoke to Mike who took my details and sorted a car out within 14 days. No other company like it!
It was such a relief to find a company that was willing to treat me like a human being rather than a credit score! I've been in a great financial position for years but my credit history always seems to cause me grief. How refreshing to have someone listen and not just take the usual 'computer days no' position. Marcus was wonderful and the process was super easy! Would 100% recommend!

Marcus the sales guy is as cool as a cucumber, I was very indecisive and he was really patient with me.
The guys who delivered the car where great also and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Thank you for your feedback. I have just checked the system and found you were wishing to take advantage of the FCA holiday. As this is the weekend I cannot get all the facts before me till Monday when I shall return to you with a more informed feedback. Broadly speaking at this stage, we do not qualify to enact the FCA payment holiday we are Privately funded firm, not backed by a bank or any other financial institution, so we are outside the box of car finance companies. While this situation is unfavourable to all involved it is that flexibility that enabled us to help you with you new car in 2019 when you applied for one. As you know our contracts are strictly based on pay as you go basis.
As I have said above I will look into this and get to the bottom of your conversation with our finance team.

But so far, they've not been pushy, not been forceful and I even smiled when, as someone working for the ambulance service, get a receipt saying everythings ready to go. The email was from the management/ owners and said thank you for everything your doing at this time.

So we asked if we could have a Hyundai i30 1.0t-gdi se nav and they eventually said yes. All credit to Michael for working his socks off to get us a model not normally available through W4s. Then to make things more difficult covid19 came along! We had a corsa that was due back and we couldn’t get it back. In steps John the asst fleet manager who travels over 150 miles round trip to bring the new car to us and take the old one away - on a day he doesn’t normally work. Well done John!!
This is our 4th car with wheels4sure - why go anywhere else?
