This so called company is not absolutely awful .
Phone numbers that do not exist .Bots on the phone ,wrong wheels . Never deal with them .it ,ay be a scam .

I was in the market for steel wheels for my Golf Mk7 and oddly it was quite difficult to find suitable steel wheels for my car online. wheels24.co.uk had them. The reviews were horrendous, mainly citing issues with delivery and communication. I was not in the rush and the prices were very cheap so I went with them I items arrived from Germany in under a week. One thing to bear in mind is that their quotes for fixing the wheels on at the garages are way off. I was quote £7 per wheel at the garage of my choice but it ended up being £40. So do not trust fitment prices shown on wheels24.co.uk

Ordered the wheels and they arrived very fast and in amazing condition looking 11/10 no joke. Dont be put off by a bad reviews ! People are always quick to leave a negative but never a positive

Great place to buy wheels, provided you don't actually need them to ever turn up.
Apparently I now own a wheel probably somewhere in Germany. One day I may try to go visit it.

Worst online company I've had dealing with!
If I could put a minus in front of that star I would do.
I only received 3 wheels, no fitting kit, 1st wheel arrived damaged, 2nd wheel arrived out of the box, scratched and paint missing.
They had already been fitted to a vehicle but advertised as new!
One wheel had a returns note with it, previously returned as "not running true/round, balance not measured"
They offered me 5% off if I'd keep them 😲
Got a full refund from PayPal 4 weeks after initial purchae

Unprofessional staff and very poor service, don't buy any vehicle

Now this is complicated. The story started back in Nov 24. I ordered 2 new steel rims. 1 was delivered early December and I was expecting another one. DPD saw that the order had been fulfilled with the first delivery and sent the second one back. I ordered another 1 which was delivered late Dec. Ordering single items was slightly more expensive but it was a proven method. I wrote a couple of emails and then refunded through Paypal for the 1 wheel that was sent back. I continued to order 1 then wait for that before I ordered the last one., All delivered by DPD now all new wheels on my little Micra. Could not find other option in UK for the wheels at a suitable price. so all good in the end

Order was correct for my car and is a good quality wheel, price was reasonable for a new wheel. Order took a bit longer than expected but it wasn't an issue for me.

We ordered 4 wheels in December which were supposed to arrive on the 13th of January but still never had them delivered. We have been ask to rate our shopping experience with you thus far very poor.

Dreadful dreadful company. Items not in stock when stated they were. No chance of contacting them...customer service = zero. Problems getting a refund for cancelled order. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered 2 rims in late November. I was given an order number and a few days later, a delivery notification.

I knew the order was coming from Delticom, either from Germany or France. They have a truly global presence, so I was non too bothered.

Eventually (early Dec) 1 rim turned up. I asked about the second one.

I was tracking the second rim when I had notification from the courier had returned it to sender as they thought it was a duplicate item as the ORDER had already been satisfied. Same order number different consignment number.

I emailed on 4 separate instances including English, Germand and French. Eventually, I decided that I would order another rim, as I still needed 2.

By then I had an email that they would refund for one of the first rims as they could see another order in the system.

That rim was delivered mid January.

It all worked out in the end but a period of incredible stress and worry that could have been avoided.

In conclusion, I am glad I ordered and received what I wanted, but perhaps simplicity would have been for 2 rims with 2 different orders, or 2 rims delivered together in 1 order. This was a system failure not a human failure and all is well in the end.

Do buy from this company, FAKE COMPANY, DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 4 steel wheels and they only sent 3, after several email 20 phone call attempts phone rings for 30+ minutes every time they don't answer, their address on the website comes up as Blenham Palace.

Ordered 4 wheels, only 2 came, multiple emails sent with no reply, It's impossible to contact them, claiming to be a UK company, in fact they are German, AVOID nothing but scammers with zero customer support.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid ordering here by all means. They claim they sent the wheels from Germany but the tracking is never provided. They are not reachable by phone or email, initiated a complaints procedure. Still waiting for any outcome prior to recalling PayPal payment.

Order did not arrive. No response to contact. Charged back via Amex.

Delivery time way to long, still waiting on any tracking numbers, ordered item 2 weeks ago, still saying delivery not due until 2nd week in December 2024, way to long, no-one ever answers calls, even though it tells you your position one in the queue for over an hour, and webchat window been open for 24 hours and still no contact from anyone, I would avoid this company like the plague

Ordered a steel wheel from wheels24 because it was the exact product I required at a price that was well below that quoted by other websites for the same manufacturer and model item. It was obvious this wasn't next day delivery from Germany, but I decided the cost saving was significant and worth the wait.
Communication was OK and the wheel was deivered within a couple of weeks.
No hesitation to use them again, but if you can't wait for the long delivery, buy from someone with UK stock and pay the price!
