Ordered 2 bin locks from them, received a charger with a broadband cable instead. Contacted Craig and he said that i have to deal with Royal Mail because they delivered to me the wrong item. That's the most absurd thing i ever heard, i have to deal with the delivery company instead of them.Avoid them at any cost as honestly i never seen such a bad customer service. Very rude.
About week ago I've ordered bins with them. Last Monday the courier booked by the merchant, refused to deliver the bins, "because they don't deliver to the travelers site" he said.
Hard to contact, only voicemail. After planty attempts rung me back from different number.
After all Mr. Craig deducted £165.20 of my refund.
Avoid if you don't want to loose your money!

Once the bins leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of the courier, and unfortunately, we have no control over any delivery delays or issues that may occur at that stage.
