The clothing was subpar and their methods questionable. They made it all but impossible for me to get a full refund for my purchase. I will NEVER order anything else from this company and I don't suggest anyone else does either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

What ever you do do not order anything from this company. Not only was the product I received terrible didn’t fit correctly and the wrong cheap material I received, the customer service by far was the worst part of it all. I paid for expedited shipping which guarantees that I receive my product in 3 to 6 business days. On the seventh day I realized that they have not even shipped my product. I received it 14 days later and they tried to tell me that I could not receive a refund for my $5.99 expedited shipping because it fell within the time frame... lol then they blocked me from the Facebook page bc I was warning other buyers to not waste their money. Terrible terrible terrible company and the only reason it has one star is bc it wouldn’t let me choose none.

Completely missized!!! I wish I had read the reviews first! I ordered an XL because I like my tops oversized. The model on the website is a normal-figured woman, so I expected the sizing to reflect that. I could barely put the top on, and certainly couldn't close it. When I contacted customer service, the first they told me was that it wasn't worth the price to return it to China, and they offered me a 20% discount to keep it. Interestingly, the package comes from Ohio.

My clothes fit perfectly.. Good material! And customer service was quick responding and very helpful! Definitely will shop here again.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Cheap clothing, I tried to return it cost me $50 & still no REFUND 2 months later. HORRIBLE customer service! They responded to the email, a month or so later, but again I haven't received my REFUND!!! #SCAM#FAKECOMPANY#SWEATSHOPCLOTHES#BS

I’m so thankful for the reviews on this site for What Wears. I was ready to make a large purchase after seeing an add on Instagram, but before I went through with it, I went to Trust Pilot to read what everyone had to say about this website. I want to thank everyone whom posted their experience with Whatwears, this saved me from not making a big mistake and throwing my money away!

I wish there was a way to rate zero stars. This company's customer service is horrible along with the quality of the clothing. After the items took weeks to arrive, I tried to return them to Shanghai. I learned that the cost will be $60+. I don't even trust that they will refund my money once they receive their garbage. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed the order. If you are considering placing an order DO NOT!

Will never order from this site again, I was trying to be cheap. Sent emails after emails about when was I going to get order & took forever for a reply. I placed order April 17th & just now getting it 5-17 & missing a whole outfit. Sent an email immediately but no response yet.

Order was placed on 28-Apr, still haven't received it. The USPS tracking shows the first and only scan of the Shipping label being created on the 9th. Customer Service is a disgrace to the world. Whoever Amy Li is in Customer Service is BS. She tells you the same sh×t everytime. What Customer Sevice Representative you know replies back to their customers saying "The f×ck USPS should update tracking soon" Really? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I REPEAT DOOOO NOOOTT ORDER FROM WHATWEARS.COM. They take your money and you don't receive your stuff. It's better companies out there!! If I could give a 0 I would.

I have ordered from them once before and I ordered my reg size, well when I received the item it fit good , but I washed it and now it's too small, which I had to give away.
This time the item that I order come to me with a spot/stain on it and there is only one way to get in touch with some one.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, to much of an headache.

Please do not order from here. I ordered for a trip beginning of March i got a package on different days in April. Ordered 5 items and still waiting om one and its May 2 months later smh!! Ive ordered items from overseas before and received 2-3 weeks but this us beyond satisfactory and they dont even communicate with they customers. They act like its ok or standard to do this to people.

These dirty people held my order for a month I order a dress they sent me a jump suit. I'm beyond mad. No return information or nothing they should not be allowed to sell anything dirty dogs

Its true to size but I sized up to play it safe. I could’ve gotten my actual size but im very satisfied. Looked like the picture it just doesn’t have the mesh part on the leggings they’re still cute thou. Definitely ordering again

Sent 2 emails since my product took forever to process and as soon as I send my last email stating my lawyer will contact them I get a email saying my shipment is 3 days away...scam ...scam ...scam ..if it's too good to be true ..the it is!!!

They will take your money and send you poor put together clothing. Never again.
