The restrictions on WhatsApp is too much and it’s not end to end encrypted, stop spying on us stop it or we will find a better app, just messaged every single time I message a new contact for business it’s been restricted, if it occurs twice my account get banned

WhatsApp support is ABSOLUTELY SHIT

This so-called tech giant's customer support don't know their arse from their elbows.

My WhatsApp and that of some of my friends' WhatsApp were recently hacked causing an absolute nightmare.

Fortunately, some of my friends had managed to get theirs's working, but, including me, I have not been able to get my WhatsApp re-registered on to my phone again.

Having raised several support messages and email to WhatsApp with screenshots, they still come back and tell you to suck eggs, repeating the standard nonsense I have already tried many times to no avail.

WhatsApp, you customer support is ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL AND OUTRIGHT SHIT.

Still relevant

Interfaces might look outdated as the ways of communication… For me, it’s more about stability of connection and a widely spread app. In this aspects, whatsapp is unbeatable for sure.

Extremely poor

Extremely poor. I lost all my real contacts I was communicated with and received bunch of random. All history was lost. App no longer working on previous phone during transfer iphone to android.
I advise to move your history and your contacts to another platform.

My WhatsApp account has been blocked…

My WhatsApp account has been blocked for weeks without any reason! There has been no factual feedback and no response by email. WhatsApp is not only losing quality but also customers, as I am not the only one with this problem.

Another disgusting company whose idea…

Another disgusting company whose idea of "customer service" is AI chatbots who pump out copy and paste responses that have absolutely nothing to do with what was initially stated, nor even THEIR OWN initial questions. What a shambles. "AI customer service" is an oxymoron. The only companies that shine these days are those who show they actually care about their customers by EMPLOYING ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS TO LISTEN TO AND HELP THEM.
