DO NOT BUY

Edit: It has been a year and the keys are sticky and it barely works. I spoke too soon on my previous good review. Do not buy.

Original review: Overall very good. I ordered the Ajazz ak820 keyboard and it both feels and looks great. The sound is exactly how I wanted it too.
I would urge customers to email support about tracking your order, as after a week of no updates I contacted them and they gave me a more direct tracking link.
Shipping also takes a very long time but this was disclosed at the time of purchase.
Expect it to arrive closer to the 15 days rather than the 5.

Delivery Times are beyond atrocious

Paid extra for faster delivery since 5 to 15 days delivery seems excessive in this day and age (they fail to tell you that dispatch also takes 11 days, so 26 days in total) only for as soon as it comes to the uk for it to be taken over by Amazon who tells you to wait a further 5 days for your arrival. So if you order anything from here expect to wait well over a month before you can even think of receiving it!!!

Would avoid, better off going to Amazon and paying a bit extra.

Paid for priority processing says 1 - 3 days on their website. Now on day 5… contacted support no response. The device I ordered is “In stock”, not sure how it takes 5 days to find it and ship it off. I see a lot of others are reporting long delivery times. I think it’s better to Avoid this company.

Edit: Changing my review. The unit came 2 weeks before the date the courier gave on their app. Unit is in good condition and preloaded with JelOS. Wrapped up well for travel.

Partial Order & Ghosting - Extremely Disappointed with Whatgeek

I placed an order with Whataeek expecting to receive everything I paid for. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, it was clear that several items were missing.
Okay, mistakes can happen, I understand that. However, what's completely unacceptable is their lack of customer service. I've sent multiple emails detailing the missing items and requesting a resolution, but I've received absolutely no response. It's been days now, and they are completely ignoring me. This is incredibly unprofessional and makes me feel completely ripped off. I cannot recommend Whatgeek at all. They shipped a partial order and then vanished when I tried to contact them. Avoid unless you want to risk not getting what you paid for and being ignored if there's an issue.

Update:
This joke of a company has time to respond to TrustPilot reviews but does NOTHING to reply to e-mails.

False advertising

I ordered a "ready-to-ship" item believing it would dispatch in 24 hours. Five days later, no news, order status says unfulfilled. I ask customer service, they say item is very popular and I have to wait next week for more stock. I check the website and the item is still listed as available (not even low stock) ready-to-ship. Misleading company

UPDATE:
They replied again offering to exchange my ordered item worth £259.99 with an item worth £59.99. I of course declined. They said my item is still out of stock but their website is still advertising it as ready-to-ship in 24 hours.

Keyboard hasn't shipped, ordered 11 days ago

I have attempted to contact them three times via email to find out why my order hasn’t shipped, but they don’t reply. No excuses, this company is dreadful to deal with. Terrible, nonexistent customer support.

They sent me an email offering to pay me to remove the review, see below.

"Would you like to remove the negative review for us? We are willing to provide you with $5 as your waiting fee."

Good Product, Terrible Customer Service

I was initially hesitant to purchase from this site, but the product I received was genuine, and delivery was quick. However, if customer service is important to you, I'd recommend avoiding this company. They don’t respond to emails, and their live chat keeps you stuck in position 1 for days with no response!

Ordered a Retroid Pocket 5

Ordered a Retroid Pocket 5, which arrived in great time, packaged well and as expected, then after setting it all up i noticed the D-Pad was behaving oddly, it has a fault where up or right operates both up and right giving false presses. I naturally contacted the support email and discord. After initial delayed responses Whatgeek customer support have offered to priority ship a new device over the Chinese new year at no charge to me! I will update the review to 5 stars once the new device is in hand and all is sorted! Thanks Whatgeek for the support, Great company who look after customers! - Edited the review, have received the new replacement device, works perfectly and im a happy customer, it was delivered in around 7 days from china to the UK during chinese new year!
