Things go wrong from time to time

Things go wrong from time to time, no matter the quality one might expect. It's the response to those rare issues that so often set companies apart. I have a set of Diamond 9 speakers which to me sound great, only a woofer failed after less than 3 years....an engineer quickly and remotely helped isolate the issue and long story short, the customer care team then (after the necessary and expected proof of purchase check) shipped out a replacement woofer! Super friendly and very speedy. Back to my full audio experience and super happy. Thanks!☺️
