Have been a member for many many years…

Have been a member for many many years and the standard of service remains excellent Just the location has moved but staff still very approachable and helpful So pleased to have my membership with WHA I'm over 70 yrs age and my mother arranged my initial membership !

Had a problem with a claim they telephoned me back and sorted it all out with no hassle would recommend .

new claim process

I have just submitted a claim form on line for the 1st time so I will have to see if it is acceptable - if it is the case it will be fantastic, easy and trouble free and hassle free - the staff on the phone have been very helpful so thanks for your help and support in submitting the claim - I have submitted claims in the past and they have got lost in the post and by the time I checked the time limits had expired so thanks for your help and ease in submitting the claim - diolch

Great service

I just made a claim online on my cash plan. It was very quick and easy.
In the past I have received the payout within a couple of days.
It's a great service. If I need to call for anything the staff are always very pleasant and friendly. They do their best to answer questions and sort things out.

Amazing Customer Care

The Welsh Hospitals Association schemes are absolutely brilliant but what makes them even more attractive is the excellent customer care displayed by their staff. In my particular case, Liza & Clare have been not only thoroughly professional but kind, compassionate and so patient. They are always ready to listen to whatever issue you may be experiencing and find a resolution. Talking to them is always a hugely positive experience. Thankyou ladies!

New Portal

The new portal is absolutely brilliant. Removes the drudgery of signing & sending forms, telephoning the ever helpful staff to find out how much we have available to spend for each treatmen etc etc. New system removes all that and so simple to use . It’s hats off to WHA for implementing it.

WHA portal

As an existing customer I was keen to register for the online portal to take away the tedium of filling in forms and having to post them. I did experience some issues with registering onto the portal initially, but this was rectified after a quick email exchange with the WHA healthcare team.
First impressions are positive and it is really useful to have the bars showing how much you have claimed against each area, e.g. dental, optical etc

Have been a sub for over 50years

Have been a sub for over 50years. Cannot complain re service.
Was slightly put off re the latest IT portal !!!
The registration was not realy thought out. e.g. you cannot use the same email address for husband and wife!! WHY EVER NOT????????
However the staff were brill and me being a grumpy old Victor Meldrew had to grin and bear it.
To be fair, the claim system, on line is FAR FAR better.
