We tried to cancell our account due to large hidden fees.
They then disabled our user online account so that we couldnt log in and cancel our account on line but they continued to charge us card fees every month even tho we had stopped using the cards. We had put all cards in the shredder. Phoned them up a few times just to be abused by some asian when we said that we are trying to cancell our account. They didnt even warn us that they would close our online user account. Do not use this mob. Pathetic customer servicxe and make it impossible to cancel account.
