Big delay on delivery
Placed the order on the 10/11 for a pair of shoes that had the sign 48 hours on. The item was delivered after 3 weeks very late in the process. It was meant for a gift and the date passed.

I consign a pair of shoes. I make sure of my item everything is ok before i send them. When they receive it they told me the box is broken then they refuse my item. I ask to send a picture of my packaging for evidence how they open but they don't show me. Be careful of this company. Make sure you have a video evidence that its not broken before you send it to them. Tendency when they open and cut the box or broke the box they will tell its your fault and refuse and you will pay the shipping fee cost 15 euro. The person who reply in the email is rude.

Very sketchy experience
So I ordered a pair of UGG platforms in color Goat. The website states that the size 39 is in stock. After 3 days I get an email saying that the product is not original and was sent back. This is really sketchy to me. How can you state that something is in stock if you don’t even have an original seller?? I would not recommend you to buy from this website at all, i don’t even know if my shoes are gonna come or not

No information about the order.Very late to reply to emails. All I got was automated emails about my order being late. Only after I sent the second email they reply and again they didn't give any real information. I sent you the first email 20 October in witch you have not reply at all,the second email I sent you was at the 27th October which you finally bothered to answer, not to mention that every email about my order was automated and starts with noreply@....com and like that is not bad enough you do not provide any option to cancel the order as I ask you in my email.
