Great despatch and delivery but zero response to enquiry

Delivery was good but I had sent an enquiry about related parts a few days before and to date have had zero response. I then raised another query about getting the additional parts and have also had zero response on that. Why can't you respond to customer enquirIes? Even if just to say you can't source them?
