Bad return policy

I ordered a rug on 12th July, but it was different from what was shown on website. I reached out to customer service they asked to return and I raised return request on 15th July same day I received my order. It been more than 2 months now, I have raised multiple request and still Rug has not been picked up. I have reached out multiple times to Westwing and all they say is It will be picked by DHL.
No resolution yet, Packet shop near my place is not taking it as it is big in size and now I am stuck with a rug that is different from what I ordered and sending emails every now and then to Weswting.

Completely unreliable

Completely unreliable! Waiting time for order was 8 weeks and not it's cancelled at the end of this term for now reason.

Suppport isn't much of a help, saying they don't know the reason for cancellation.

Missing, damaged modular cabinet

We received a modular cabinet damaged, missing parts and with faulty parts. Westwing says they cannot deliver a replacement, as they stopped selling it on their website. They do not attempt to contact supplier for spare parts, even though supplier still sells the cabinet.

After some back-and-forth they deliver one spare part, which is not even for the same cabinet (wrong colour, different size etc). Now we have a set of custom ordered modules for 800EUR which would fit our lay-out, and we will end up having an empty hole in the cabinet as their only solution is for us to disassemble and return for a refund. We do not want a refund, we want a complete cabinet which fits the lay-out we bought.

Discriminatory Pricing for Swiss…

Discriminatory Pricing for Swiss Customers – Very Disappointing!

I was ready to purchase from this store but changed my mind due to their unfair pricing toward Swiss customers. For example, an item costs CHF 549 when delivered to Switzerland, but just CHF 347 for France = 58% increase.
This makes no sense, especially since: Swiss VAT is only 8% vs 20% in France. Even including 4.5% customs duties, Switzerland’s total tax is 13%, still lower than France's 20%.

The company has no (or very limited) physical presence in Switzerland – no showrooms to justify this markup.

Swiss customers, don’t let yourselves be overcharged – shop elsewhere. There are many other sellers who respect all their customers equally, regardless of location.

Large Black Friday and Dream Bed Order

I have ordered during Black Friday 6 items and got half of my order within a few days and the other half of my order (that came from the “Club” sales which usually have longer delivery) a few weeks later. The delivery estimates were accurate to each product. I’m glad that they do not hold the whole order back for every single item but they also consolidate them where they can.

I then went ahead and bought the Dream bed. I was skeptical about the delivery because it said only 11 days which is short when considering large furniture. They were able to deliver within a week based on my preference in the scheduling email. I built the bed myself and it was pretty straight forward. Had it for some months and love it!

I am disappointed in customer service

I am disappointed in customer service.
In fb it seems like you talk to a broken AI robot, that isn’t even available. When you answer immediately, you’ll hear back from them a couple hours later. The answer will be the most random information, that is related only to your last phrase, completely ignoring the conversation before.
To the next, I will quote: “Of course the delivery may be extended by a few days/weeks, which we cannot control”.
Question to the responsible people, when you charge per each delivery( 40 euros for big items) , who exactly is responsible for the said delivery?
Onto the next “We don’t know when the item is back, it will be back, but no idea when”. Does anyone in this company know anything ever?
Love the furniture, but the customer service and the “responsibility” are awful. This is your face.

Not serious approach

I am waiting for bed 10 weeks. OK, that was something what I expected because Westwing was clear about delivery time from the beggining. However, after 10 weeks I received email that my order will be delivered. Then I received two additional emails with westwing calendar planner where I should plan my delivery. Problem was that only 1 day was available and it was 1 month later! I sent email to customer service because I didn’t know what to think about this approach. Answear from customer service was super unclear but my understanding was that my item will be delivered on time and there isn’t neccesary to plan it if I will be at home. Of course, my order wasn’t delivered on time! On top of that I have no information about anything. I paid 600 eur for bed and after almost 3 months I have no bed and no relevant update. I regret this purchage and I am pretty sure that this was the last time what I created an order in Westwing. I am sorry that I didn’t read these reviews earlier. Obviously, Weswing just keep asking you about your patient because of that and this and bla bla bla. But that’s not my business how much work they have or if their suppliers are late and unreliable.

Awful order fulfilment

After spending 2500 EUR, I expect a better service. I bought 3 items: one was never shipped and refunded (after two months), the other was "shipped" and never arrived and it was only refunded after messaging the company twice, and the third arrived with broken pieces that obviously failed quality assurance and never should have been sent in the first place. The website is buggy and doesn't show precise order status.

Horrific

Horrific, system bug which will not let me make any purchases. Westwing’s answer is that they can’t fix it. This is so poor.

I spent hours trying to do my purchase and have funds locked on lot account which I am unable to use.
