Very simple and intuitive navigation through the website and especially the option to order with your own logo stamp and configurate it directly at the website is super practical. And especially the option to order a sample also worth own logo is the absolute best!! As a high end jeweler I do not need big quantities of boxes because I sell in quality and not quantity. So the option to order single samples or low quantities on demand means everything for me. Best packaging company I know! 5 stars

Really love the quality of the boxes and that I can get a eco box and foam. What would make it 5 stars is if the eco foam was available for all box sizes. Also if you had an option to print logo on boxes not use foil so they were completely compostable.

I like westpack they are reliable fast delivery been using them for years. But my requests fall on deaf ears. Those pink inserts are AWFUL, CHEAP, and don’t even match the pink boxes. The pink boxes are a beautiful mauve pink. You can get white boxes with black inserts, beige boxes with black inserts but if you want pink boxes you have forfit the quality of your jewellery looking a certain way and have those terrible pink inserts that arnt even the same Pantone as the boxes. I’ve tried time and time again to make pink boxes with black inserts an option but nobody listens.

Good company , nice range of products. Would love to see more coloured boxes , they are a bit limited on that. The limited edition range is ideal but can these be permanent ?

Website is easy to use & process your order. Shipping is ok with GLS, communication could be better with tracking . Smaller packaging needs to be looked at as one box arrived practically opened needs to be secured more.

Good products, excellent quality and price. However, the sales managers need training in polite communication. The attitude was rude and dismissive—it felt as if I were asking them for a loan rather than being a customer. I strongly recommend that management pays closer attention to their sales team.
