This is my second purchase. It's very useful.

i still have not received my order. and when i try to track my package, there are no updates since package was picked up weeks ago in China

The photo image of the product (a pair of socks) did not clearly indicate that the pair is a mis-matched design.

Received them faster than expected. Price was good.

I ordered something last year December 2024, and it's been "in transit" for a while month!!! I tried to issue a refund but their email don't even work and they don't respond. Don't use this company! You will not get your money back. Waste 50 bucks.

I got a kitchen tap, Gappo integrated with water flow for our purification system. I already had the same tap in my old kitchen and I really wanted the same one again. I was nervous about buying online from outside EU, but no other place had the tap I wanted. Overall I'm happy, the price was clear, including the additional import taxes I had to pay, however I found the choice of warehouse confusing. Since I live in Ireland I picked for the tap to be shipped from Spain, which costed more, but had shorter delivery time. The tracking however indicated that the tap came from China. If I had picked warehouse in China when purchasing, I'd definitely save few bob. I placed the order at the end of November and got the tap in first week of January, as estimated.
