While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

AVOID! Dishonest Chinese Fraudsters

Yesterday I made the mistake of not checking on Trustpilot before placing an order with this Chinese operation, which is pretending to be American.
I sent an order cancellation request, twice, within the hour, which was ignored in their replies that tried to obfuscate by offering spurious discounts, help (?) e.t.c.
Having now checked other reviews online it is clear they are a dodgy website with apparent fraudulent intent.... reporting non-delivery of goods, incorrect goods sent, failure to honour refunds on goods returned, for example.
Today I have received an email to say the item has been despatched so I now have to contact my bank to make a chargeback request. AVOID!
