Not copper products and did not receive the products that were ordered
Update; they first offered a 40% refund, then a 80% refund. I explained that their error shouldn’t cost me anything; they agreed and subsequently proceeded to refund my order. No return necessary.
This was my first order from this company. They claim they’re Canadian yet shipping was from international location. I received my order today and I’m not pleased. $185 order and nothing is right about my order.
First of all the $85 ‘copper’ water bottle isn’t copper. It’s a brassy yellow and it is magnetic. (Copper is not magnetic) They advertise copper yet sent a cheap metal water bottle.
Secondly, the ‘bundle’ package I ordered had none of the (three) items which I chose. I was sent random bracelets and rings which I didn’t order (nor do I like so I really don’t want them) I’ve reached out to the company via email and waiting on a response.
