Great customer service and two beautiful chairs – I’ve had Westminster garden furniture before and it lasts really well.
The staff at the East Grinstead store were extremely helpful in helping me load the chairs into my car and make sure they were secure with the boot half open. Definitely five stars!

Having scoured the internet forever for our preferred style & size of outdoor table I finally stumbled across Westminster Outdoor Furniture, which had several potential options. I called up to ask a few questions and Fiona could not have been more helpful. I popped into the Guildford store where Justina was friendly and informative, but not at all pushy. I was very impressed the variety and quality of furniture and dragged my hubby back to choose his preferred chairs. This time Sam was in the showroom and, once again, was friendly and attentive, but respected our space and happily let us ‘get on with it’.
Impressively, Sam had sussed out who I was, me having spoken to both Fiona & Justina, and gave us a little information which was helpful in our purchasing process. When we asked for a quote, she called up the East Grinstead office and spoke to Sue, who again, was incredibly obliging.
I commented to Sam how all four members of staff that I’d dealt with had excelled in their customer service. I really appreciated how friendly and approachable they had been, yet how they had not been pushy in chasing a sale. It transpired that the staff are not commission based and it suddenly dawned on me what an altogether different customer experience that factor had delivered.
For this reason, and many more, we were happy to give WOF our business and placed an order for several items. They have kindly agreed to keep our furniture a little while until we are ready to receive, so I can’t yet comment on the delivered items - however, based on our experience to date, I think we’ll be absolutely delighted.
If you appreciate a no pressure shopping environment where staff are ‘there when you need them’ and not ‘in your face’ when you don’t, I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Good quality garden furniture and pergola. Sean, Stuart & Nigel put up the pergola very professionally. Initially we were not happy with the lighting solution but Westminster helped as best they could and offered 2 stand-alone lights which works well.

Excellent and professional service from browsing + advice in store to purchase +delivery. Great value and Séan and Stewart came on time and handled the outdoor furniture with care. Would highly recommend the table and chairs bought.

I absolutely love my new garden furniture thanks to Sam at the Guildford store. She was super helpful and made some great suggestions. Once I ordered it i was given a delivery date. 5 days later and Sean and Paul delivered it all put it up and took away all the cardboard. Simply brilliant! Love my new set and so do all my friends!
