What I learnt on this course was vital techniques that you just wont find online. From the first stage I was blown away by how much better my music sounded, but it didn't stop there! With each phase of the process it further enhanced my mix, adding depth, clarity and that all important perceived loudness we all crave.

Rob instills a framework that you can take to any song and focuses your mindset around what decisions to make. I no longer feel lost when attempting my own mixdowns. No more compulsive adding and mindless trials and errors. I know what to listen out for and how to tackle those problems.

What's best about this course is Rob himself. He is an amazing teacher who is responsive to your requests in and out of the studio. If you are struggling with getting your songs to sound well defined, balanced and master ready, then this course is great value for money. It will seriously level you up as a producer!

Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get their mix downs up to a professional standard. Rob is a great teacher and Im really glad I did this course. Definitely well worth the money!

I learnt more about mixing in several hours with Rob, than I did through several years of looking at other courses and online tutorials.

He finally gave me the confidence in finalising my mixes by teaching me the importance of a well structured process and everything that comes with that. Before this course, I would end up going round in circles trying to get balance and the sound I wanted that I would compare to club ready tracks. This often lead me down tangents where I would end up mixing, then remixing the same elements for hours on end and eventually get deflated from doing it at all.

The way Rob explained the process and the techniques was incredible. He made even complex elements of mixing easily understandable that have just sunk in.

Even after the course was over, he encouraged me to keep in touch and throw any questions at him any time to make sure what I learnt sticks. I do this all the time (Thanks Rob!) and couldn't be more appreciative of it.

I really couldn’t recommend this course more for a producer who really wants to learnt how to take their own productions as well as others, to above and beyond. Not only is Rob professional, but also a fantastically friendly bloke who makes you feel like you've known him for years.

Having been producing for years, and watching tons of youtube videos about mixing techniques, i finally understand where i've gone wrong.
This course has taught me every aspect i need to complete a strong, great sounding mix.

Eye opening techniques, and step by step process its now easy to get quality professional mixes without constantly having to second guess myself.

As a mostly self taught producer, I struggled to get my mixes to cut through in the club, and stand up to other tracks I use when I DJ.

This course has given me a reliable process for getting my tracks exactly where I need them to be. I now feel like I have total control over my sound, relieving any worries I had about putting my music out into the world!

Rob is one of the best in the game and he is revealing his secrets in this course, it's a no brainer.

Before starting the course mixing was a process that I found very difficult to get any sort of practical information about from the usual routes of books and YouTube tutorials. The fact that Rob takes you through the stages of a mix process and breaks it down using one of your own tracks is immensely helpful to see real world examples of how to fix the issues with your own productions and to achieve a professional sounding mix.

He has a great way of teaching and explaining concepts which is backed up entirely by his wealth of knowledge and experience. I feel that what I have learnt working with him has really given me the platform to elevate my skills to the next level. He has helped bridge the gap between my productions and professional level tracks and shown me the importance of a mix. This appreciation has also bled down to the production stage where I am now constructing tracks with the mix in mind and it has improved my output significantly.

I couldn’t recommend this course more for a producer who is at the point of really taking themselves seriously. It’s not a beginner level course, but for the right person it seriously gives you the tools to take the next step.

If you're looking to learn the deeper tricks around getting a professional sounding mixdown before it goes for mastering, this course is for you. Rob takes his time in explaining and demonstrating all the technqiues, from correct levels to early reflections through to parallel compression and effects.

Being able to sit with Rob in his studio and hear the changes there and then is a real eye opener (or ear opener!), and if you're serious about upping your mixdown game then I cannot recommend this short course enough. DO IT!

Had such a good time with Rob, he's a great mixing engineer and also an awesome teacher. The course is well structured and offers knowledge you won't find anywhere else. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to understand how to get the pro sound!!
