Westlake Carers have, since the beginning 0f 2023, been providing care for my sister and, in this regard, I have found them to be completely professional, reliable, caring, and considerate. In fact excellent in all regards. I would Highly recommend their services.
Mum now has regular carers who know her well and get on with jobs and looking after mum without much direction.
She is down to one carer a day and changes to the schedule have been quickly actioned.
Sometimes communication is a little laboured with extra messages to confirm what was already said in the original message.
There to provide ongoing daily support but also extra hours and support when needed
