Tech tried to sell me $300 mouthwash and then talked bad about me when I denied it (they were just around the corner & my boyfriend heard them). The tech said: "she doesn't want it cuz its too eXp3nSivE".

IDK if they treat all their patients like that or just the poor ones.

They got me to sign up for their "discount program" and now I am paying $12.25 a month and they will not let me cancel it! I have called numerous times and they keep telling me I must email them and that's the only way. NOBODY EVER RESPONDS TO THE EMAIL REQUESTS!!!!!! Don't be fooled like I was!

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not be fooled by this awful place called a dental office. It should be called a Scam Office. My warning to others!
I lost a filling, and in need of a fast fix, as I was traveling soon to our summer home in Montana and would get the main work done there. First-- You have to talk to a call center in Philippines, and they are clueless. I specifically told them I only wanted a quick temp filling, which I know can be done. She said no problem and scheduled me. I get there and the place on Churn Creek, Redding Ca is a dump. Chairs stacked in the corner, just messy looking. I was told that they would not do a filling I first had to have x-ray and exam. Ok, but the call center said I could do it all in one day. NOPE, 3 hours wait to get the x-ray, etc and then you have to come back. There was a nice gal sitting next to me and she said she had already been there 2 hours and yet to be called. OK, that was about my breaking point. Then I look a sign that say it is at least 2 hours and no work done, because im sure they want to tell you need more than you want. I have a main dentist, and only went here in hopes for a fix to get me to Montana. Uggg it is so not a good place to be. Sloppy all the way around where you look. So, I went up front and told them I was not keeping my appointment, and called my Dentist and lucky someone cancelled, so got right in and got it fixed. Believe me, they want to do more than you want done, thats their ploy. They are free for x-rays, but you are going to pay in the long run with all the things they want to do, and their prices are the same as a private practice. Actually private is cheaper in the long run. Speaking of run, run as fast as you can from this place. Dirty, mostly people with California dental care, so they can charge the state for all the extra work and charges without anyone questioning them. You can not contact the office direct, so forget it if you have issues;.

Terrible experience. Went there for a cleaning - took 2 hours of wait time and then was told come back for cleaning another day. The Dentist was very busy looking after 3 patients at one go and would keep disappearing but she knew her stuff. Then another person took over and initially said you will need to wait for 30 minutes and then said no come back another. Tried to sell a crown etc . Sad place, please dont go there.

    I cannot attest to to skill of Dr. _____ (a petite mid-50s female dentist [may be of southeastern Asia decent] - sadly, the lack of bedside manner begins with Not Introducing oneself - ¿she may be Dr. Jae Woo Chung? ) who $pent a good amount of time attempting to up$ELL me on $ervices during the initial consultation.
    Upon my return visit for a cleaning, when I asked to see the X-ray of my teeth depicting 2 cavities she said that I had, she appeared irritated; instead she gave me a mirror & pointed to them - then left & I overheard her say to staff that if he wants to see the X-ray, he'll have to come back.
    I then left because I don't want to support this type of dentist.
    PRIOR TO LEAVING THIS REVIEW, I read many of the poor Reviews along with the "Owner" Responses to them. It is apparent that the Owner responses ARE MERELY LIP-SERVICE — generic responses with NOthing further happening to improve customer experiences — BECAUSE THE PATTERN OF POOR EXPERIENCE REPEATS AGAIN AND AGAIN THROUGHOUT THE REVIEWS and the issues noted, remain the same: POOR TREATMENT - POOR COMMUNICATIONS - HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES - NON FOLLOW-UP.

very rude receptionist . I told her my mom is in pain she said we take ex ray you can bring her back 2 days from now. I was wondering who put her in charge. why she did not inform doctor there is a patient with pain. Absolute shocking experience.

Very disappointed and upset that I'm stuck with this dental office in Ontario 2537 s Euclid off My first visit here everyone was so kind and felt welcomed. I came on for a dental check because I knew I needed work done . The receptionist MARY was the one informing me about all the work I was going to need done she was so kind , but trusting what she was telling me was were I went wrong . I went in to get basic dental work she convinced me to get braces with them, worst decision I've ever made . She went on to tell me how my ortho kit was included in the package pretty much verbally telling me my ortho kit was going to be free , second mistake I made listening to her talk and not reading what I was signing . Later on I found out I got charged close too 300 dollars for a kit that was supposed to be free . When confronting her she plays dumb and lies about what she said .She also proceeded and informed me about this scratchpay loan but didn't fully informed me that if they lend me 5000 dollars i would have to pay 10000 back thankfully i looked over the paper work and denied this loan. This unfortunately is my current experience. I'm only sharing so you guys can think twice If you guys want to get dental work done here , if you guys do don't listen to Mary talk look at the contract and actually read everything your signing and make sure you get a copy of everything they are charging you for because in my case she only gave me my contract but not the invoice where they charged me almost 300 for the ortho kit . If she did it to me I'm sure she will do it to you guys just be careful with this this lady.

Oxnard facility needs a good cleaning specially the waiting room, the window blinds are filthy; need to hire cleaning service.

This is the worst western dental I have ever been to. The professional is at a all time low especially Alejandra Rosario located in Carson Califonia . First off they did not allow me to go in the back with my minor child that's 9 they said no parents allowed . My child has so many traumas and is scared to be left alone with strangers they still did not care and refused to let me wait with her . The worker who card is attached even went as far as screaming and cursing telling me to get the f- out if I don't like the rules . No matter what the situation was the professionalism was at a all time low . I work in healthcare and I know that minors always require a parent , I also know we pride and strive for our customers satisfaction unless this location! Please don't go here they'll just be on their cell watching videos having side conversations and being rude to members ! I'm officially canceling and switching my insurance.

I attended your Redwood City western dental office . Where I was recommended to take two days off so I did just to find out my appointment was not scheduled by the receptionist. I wasted my time and money but I’m not wasting any more money at this western dental office . The receptionist at this office are not friendly and can’t even smile . You should have more trainings. I understand they deal with a lot of people but the way they deal with their customers is not very friendly and polite.

Do not go to Western dental if you can help it. They are the worst. Paid thousands of dollars to have a root canal and a crown’s fell out twice and now they won’t fix it and I’m gonna have to get an attorney to sue them. Christina and Carlie at the cooperate office are complacent and are gate keepers not allowing to speak to their supervisors. They hang up and talk garbage and then keep looping you to billing or other departments to kick out your call. This organization is a joke and I have a dude of action. See you shi* bags in court. I’d give no stars if that was a choice.

Horrible service… I usually have to wait two hours for a routine checkup and cleaning, but today waited three hours. They left my autistic son waiting…

Western dental is a piece of garbage. They are not dentist, they are doing business. No quality care, it’s all about money. They are doing over diagnosis procedure. Please never go to western dental. Shame!

Even though I have been getting annual exams for the past 3 years, Western Dental did "not realise" that I have a tooth crumbling from decay until I pointed it out to them the other day. Now they're just STALLING on the repair.Dentical is the WORST.

Extremely bad. Their denture quality is very very bad. It broke. Now to replace they want insurance approval. They did not even send the papers to medi-cal for more than 3 weeks. Now almost 6+ weeks . No response. They were very prompt when scheduled for bone grafting as it was out of pocket. Medi-cal should block them out if they are not willing to treat patients . Elderly person is struggling unable to eat for more than 2 months as it broke

Western Dental continue to bill me for ever visit for my dentures after 25 months still didn't get my dentures. I paid them $2,000 for a bone graft only to find out it was ground up cadaver bones in my mouth now. They pulled my teeth but didn't give me Dentures. fraud fraud never go. They have made thousands of dollars off of me and my medical insurance Medi-Cal and I still don't have my dentures 25 months later. During my last visit when I got a little edgy with the staff a lady came in and said you had my dentures for a year. Now I have a hole in my gum and it keeps getting larger. 12 months no Dentures but she's got a hole in her gum that's expanding fraud fraud don't go

Waited a year for my partial and bottom plate, ive never been treated this way and ill tell you they knew it , and still they call telling me i have more work for them to do not until i threatened to sue them! How much more can a person take you ask, well they left me sitting in my car 3 different time for hours! I had to call them. They for got i was even there, wow thats so nice of them wouldnt you say! Then to try and get comfort out of the teeth they gave me hahaha rubs me raw and bleeding at times abd they wont fix nothing theyve had the nerve to me charged me and i paid them i want my money back! Western Dental is the worst dentist Corp there is. So bad you would think you were being punk’d. They love to overbill and follow up with collections. Why Ca continues to allow this group to operate is criminal! Have complained to BBB, Dep’t of consumer affairs, and Ca Dental Board to no avail. Currently looking for a good attorney. Contacting La Times, State Assemblyman and Governor next.

I got braces there, but they told me I had to get a tooth extracted. I went with the surgery, but they made a mistake, and ended up having to take out an additional tooth, so I had a gap in my teeth. Then a few weeks ago I told them that I would like to take them off before I move to New York. So they made a plan, but then I went in and they forgot the plan, and I'm going to New York in a few weeks.
