The Chinese company operating as West creek makes great guitars, however from what others are saying, the website appears to have been stolen. Order guitars through Amazon or another secure seller. I have several of their guitars and they are all excellent, when I did have to correspond with them through Amazon they were extremely nice.

Ordered two guitars via Apple Pay. It seemed trustworthy, but not! They are in corporation with Shopify, which also seems like scammers. You should not hope to get any products from this site, and risk to loose your money as well!
Made a purchase on their website, paid via Shopify. The site advertises same day shipping but it’s been a week and WestCreek is nowhere to be seen or found. They don’t answer emails, the Shopify link to my order doesn’t work and I have no idea if I will ever receive something or even hear from them.
