We had some Rationel windows installed as part of a renovation to a listed building.
The service we received from both the sales team (James and Kelly) and the installation team (Gavin, Ryan, Steve and Josh) was excellent.
The sales team were patient as we went through multiple iterations to get the specification correct and provided all the information we needed for our planning application.
Gavin worked closely with our builder to ensure that our builder understood the required preparatory works.
The installation team were friendly, polite and efficient. There were some complexties identified during the works which were resolved promptly with a wholly positive attitude.
Both the product and installers are great. I'd happily recommend them.

Steve and Tommy came on the first day and Steve and Jack the second. I mention this as all three were really super. The way they interacted with myself and my wife was second to none. Polite and jovial. It was genuinely a pleasure to have at the house.
We were impressed by the workmanship, we were having Velfac windows and the tolerances they worked to were exceptional e.g. between 1/2 and 1mm.
I have had Velfac windows before so I knew what to expect.
Steve and Jack had to overcome a few obstacles as my house is a barn conversion making it that little harder e.g. rather wonky walls and misaligned bricks etc All of which they took in their stride.
They worked hard and are a credit to Composite Windows.
Would I recommend them? YES, of course I would they were exceptional.
Steve Jack and Tommy thank you from both of us: Jane and Bill

A very fine company using very fine products. We had 3 stages of new windows & doors from Composite Windows, using VELFAC product lines. These base products are good and Composite Windows, part of Westcott, did a very good job on surveys, design & installation. They turn up mob-handed (which is good!) in 3 liveried vans with 6 blokes and crack on in a steady manner. Then complete any finishing details, with matching staged invoices. A thoroughly good outfit!

I have had Velfac windows and external doors for 12 years. One window was not fitted properly by the developer (not Westcott) and had been leaking and needed replacing. The window was on a 4th floor flat and access difficult. Westcott were recommended by Dovista and Westcott worked timely from survey to order and then to sync with scaffolders dates to install. The guys had difficulty getting the frame up to 4th floor but they stripped it down and hoisted it up to the 4th floor. The job was professionally completed in a day. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend Westcott. Particular thanks to the boys who were all courteous and professional- Adam, Gavin, Matt and Andy. The office staff were always prompt with replies too. Thank you all.

We chose composite windows as we suffer from the full onslaught of the weather, and wooden windows would require too much maintenance. After 3 years they are still looking good. I love the ability to choose the external colours and have the great look of aluminium outside yet have a different colour and warmth of wood inside. The Westcott installation team worked well with our builders and any problems were remedied without issue. I would recommend Wescott for their windows.

We had all our windows replaced and installed Velfac using Westcott. They were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure wee could get what we were looking for. They worked alongside our builders who were renovating the rest of our property and in the main this worked well.

I had 18 windows and doors replaced with Rationel and Westcott Construction were the recommended supplier. Josie was very helpful while we got the exact specification sorted out, and was always quick to reply on email. The fitters were very friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail was excellent.
Everyone turned up when they said they would and completed the job on time. This is a very well organised company who it has been a pleasure to work with.

Great communication, kept up to date with with all aspects of our order, which was for a picture window and patio door. We had Rationel triple glazed windows installed and are really pleased with the performance of the windows. The installation team were fabulous, very professional and friendly.

When ordering the windows, we made numerous changes along the way. They were very quick to update the order and help with questions along the way.
Their installation team was good and were able to overcome a few quirks in our existing house. I was doing the following on decoration works after the windows were fitted. A couple of aspects made it difficult to finish up around the newly installed windows. Shims and metal plates were left in need of grinding back in order to get a plasterboard back up against the window internally. This was perhaps inevitable however, due to the old victorian check reveals in the brickwork and some very out of square existing openings. On the whole we are very pleased.

This company contacted me two years after installing our windows to check whether we had any problems. I said they were fine except I had never been able to open one of the air vents. The next day, they happened to be working in the area and came round ready to replace the vent. In the event, that was not necessary and they applied silicon spray to all the vents to loosen them. They are now all open. This is exemplary customer service from a company that had originally installed them quickly and efficiently with little fuss.

Ordered a door c/w side window for our porch, to match the existing windows that had been fitted by the builders when the house was extended.
Easy company to deal with, whether by phone or e:mail & a great job done by the fitters on the day. Everything went as planned & I am planning on using them again, for the next phase of works.

We were recommended to use Rationel windows and Solarlux bifolds by an architect friend and Composite Windows are the local supplier. Very good service, great windows - well worth the money.
